Villa developers · Website

Build a site where a family finds the villa, the price and the drive in one visit.

A website for a villa developer is the project's main page for plans, prices, approvals and the route to the gate. GullySales builds one page for each villa type and the supporting pages a family reads before booking a Sunday visit.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For villa developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A single brochure page hides the villa type”

A family that wants a particular plot size will not search a long page. Separate pages for each villa type let the buyer find theirs and share it.

  • “The price page is the one buyers read first and developers fear”

Developers worry that showing extras loses enquiries. A page that totals base price, premiums and charges loses the families who could not afford the villa and keeps the ones who can.

  • “Phones carry the first visit”

Families read plans and watch walk-throughs on a phone shared with a spouse. Plans that need zooming and forms that need typing lose them.

  • “Approvals need careful words”

Buyers look for registration and approval details. State only what your lawyer has confirmed, in the wording they approve, and update the page when anything changes.

What we do

What we deliver for villa developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each villa type

Floor plans, plot size, built-up area, floors, facing, price range and photographs in plain text and images.

Result: Each villa type has its own address.

  2. An honest price page

Base price, corner and park-facing premiums, other charges and customisation costs set out clearly.

Result: A buyer can total the price from the page.

  3. A location and drive-time page

Schools, hospitals, highways and the drive from established areas of the city, with a map.

Result: A family can read how far the project sits from daily life.

  4. An approvals and amenities page

Registration and approval details as confirmed by your lawyer, plus the clubhouse, roads and common areas.

Result: The page carries only what has been confirmed.

  5. A visit-booking form and WhatsApp link

A short form asking budget and preferred slot, and a chat button for the sales office.

Result: A family can book a visit from any page.

  6. Speed and mobile checks

Pages tested on common phones and slow connections.

Result: The site loads and reads cleanly on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we hide the price?
Show a range with the base price and the extras. Hiding the price brings visits from families who cannot afford the villa, and a low figure without context does the same.
Can the site take bookings online?
It can take a visit booking and an enquiry. A villa booking involves documents and payments best handled by your sales office and adviser, so the site leads the family to that step.
Who maintains the site after launch?
We can, or your team can with a short guide. Either way, someone must own the price and approval pages and change them when the facts change.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
