Waterproofing contractors · Content marketing

Write the guide the committee secretary forwards before anyone calls a contractor.

Content marketing for a waterproofing contractor means writing the explanations an owner, a committee or an engineer needs before they choose a method. GullySales works on guides, case notes and a specification pack drawn from your own jobs and your supervisors' knowledge.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Waterproofing contractors: show a real physical business scene illustrating Leak inspection report. Record photos, moisture spots, the area measured and the likely source on a phone, standing on the terrace. The report is done on site.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For waterproofing contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The committee reads before it calls”

A secretary who has never dealt with seepage first wants to know what causes it and what a survey involves. A clear guide on your site, forwarded to the committee, makes your firm the one that explained rather than the one that quoted.

  • “Engineers want method, not adjectives”

A project engineer reads for the layers, the products, the surface preparation and the test. A case note that states what was applied, where, over what substrate and how it was tested is read. A paragraph of praise is skipped.

  • “Your supervisors already know the content”

The person who has found the cause of dozens of leaks knows what a flat roof, a sump or a bathroom floor looks like when it fails. The writing task is to capture that knowledge, not to invent topics from a keyword tool.

  • “An old building and a new building need different guides”

A guide for a twenty-year-old society with a leaking terrace is of no use to a builder planning a podium. Writing both for one reader produces a page that answers neither, and the owner leaves without a next step.

What we do

What we deliver for waterproofing contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A guide for each major leak situation

Basement seepage, terrace and podium decks, water tanks, bathrooms and expansion joints, each explained from the owner's side.

Result: A committee has a page to read and forward before a survey.

  2. Case notes from finished jobs

Location type, problem found, method applied, test carried out and the owner's permission to publish, in a consistent layout.

Result: Each note gives an engineer the facts needed to judge comparable work.

  3. A specifier pack

A short document listing systems you apply, brands your crew is trained on and sites of similar size, for consultants and builders.

Result: Consultants have something to keep when they write a specification.

  4. Answers to the questions callers ask

The calls recorded in your log, turned into short pages: why a rate cannot be quoted by phone, what a flood test is, what a guarantee covers.

Result: Common phone questions are answered on the site.

  5. A review routine with your supervisors

A session to check each piece for technical accuracy before it is published.

Result: Nothing is published that your site team has not read.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many articles do we need?
There is no fixed number. Begin with one guide for each type of leak you repair and one case note for each kind of building you have finished. Add more only when a question comes up repeatedly in enquiries.
Can we publish the guarantee terms?
Publish only what you actually give, in the words you will stand behind. A guarantee period stated on a page becomes part of what the buyer expects. Keep it consistent with your quotation and the records you hold.
Who writes the content?
GullySales writes from your supervisors' and engineers' explanations and your job records, and your team checks the technical points. Nothing is added that you have not done or would not say to a client.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
