Waterproofing contractors · Local SEO

Show up on the map when a committee searches for a waterproofing firm near the building.

Local SEO for a waterproofing contractor means being listed and reviewed accurately for the localities and cities where your crews work. GullySales works on your Google Business Profile, location pages, citations and the review requests sent after completed jobs.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Waterproofing contractors: show a real physical business scene illustrating Leak inspection report. Record photos, moisture spots, the area measured and the likely source on a phone, standing on the terrace. The report is done on site.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For waterproofing contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Leak work is bought near the building”

A secretary looking for a firm to inspect a basement wants someone who can reach the site and return if the leak recurs. A search phrased with the name of a locality or city shows a short list on the map, and a firm outside it is not considered.

  • “A profile with no photographs looks inactive”

A listing carrying only a name and a phone number tells a visitor nothing about the work. Photographs of finished terraces, tanks and basements, added with the owner's permission, show that the firm actually does what the listing says.

  • “Service areas are claimed carelessly”

Listing every locality in the state invites mismatched enquiries and weakens the listing. Name the areas your crews can reach and return to, because a callback visit after a failed repair is part of what a committee judges.

  • “Reviews describe the job, not the firm”

A review that mentions a podium deck, a flood test or a committee decision helps the next committee more than praise with no detail. Ask the reviewer to say what was done and where, and never offer anything in return.

What we do

What we deliver for waterproofing contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile set-up and clean-up

Correct name, address, service areas, categories, opening hours and a description that names the work you do.

Result: The profile shows accurate information and the services you actually offer.

  2. Location pages for areas you serve

A page for each city or cluster of localities, with real jobs finished there and the building types you handle.

Result: A search tied to a locality can reach a page about work done near it.

  3. Citation and listing consistency

Your name, address and phone checked across the directories owners use, with differences corrected.

Result: The same details appear wherever your firm is listed.

  4. A review request sent after each finished job

A short WhatsApp message with the review link, sent when the flood test is accepted and the owner is satisfied.

Result: Every completed job has had an invitation to review sent.

  5. Profile photographs and updates

A routine for adding site photographs to the profile when a job ends, with permission from the owner.

Result: The profile shows recent finished work, not an old logo.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we list an office we do not visit?
Check the platform's current rules before listing any address. A profile must represent a real location where the business operates. If your crews work from site to site, set it up as a service business with the areas served.
What do we do about a negative review?
Reply politely, state what you did, and offer a site visit if the leak has returned. Do not argue and do not ask for the review to be removed unless it breaks the platform's rules. A calm reply is read by the next committee.
Do we need pages for each locality?
Only for the areas where you have worked or want to work and can show something real. A page that repeats the same text with a different locality name adds nothing. Start with the cities where you have finished jobs.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
