Waterproofing contractors · Website

Build a site that shows the work, the method and the form to book a survey.

A website for a waterproofing contractor is the place where a committee or an engineer checks what you have done and how you do it before agreeing to a visit. GullySales works on page structure, finished-job galleries, the enquiry form and the speed of the site on a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Waterproofing contractors: show a real physical business scene illustrating Leak inspection report. Record photos, moisture spots, the area measured and the likely source on a phone, standing on the terrace. The report is done on site.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For waterproofing contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first screen should say what you waterproof”

A visitor arriving from a map listing wants to know at once that you handle basements, terraces, tanks or bathrooms. A general headline about quality and experience leaves the visitor to hunt through menus, and the visitor returns to search.

  • “The gallery is the strongest page”

Photographs of preparation, membrane, protection and a flood test, with area type and location kept private where required, convince an engineer. An empty gallery or stock images make a visitor wonder whether the work has been done.

  • “The form decides what the estimator receives”

A form with only a name and number sends the estimator to a site blind. A form asking for the area of the building, building age, where water appears and a photograph upload brings an enquiry that can be judged before the visit.

  • “A site that loads slowly in a basement loses the caller”

Owners search from a phone with a weak signal, standing by the leak. A heavy site with large images fails there. Compressed photographs, simple pages and a visible call or message button keep the visitor on the page.

What we do

What we deliver for waterproofing contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built around problems and buildings

Home, a page for each area of the building, finished jobs, systems and brands, about the crew, contact and survey booking.

Result: A visitor reaches the right page in one or two steps.

  2. A finished-jobs gallery

Photographs and short descriptions from your sites, with each owner's permission, organised by area type.

Result: The site shows real work in the order a buyer looks for it.

  3. A systems and brands page

The chemical systems you apply, the brands that have trained your crew and the sort of sites you have handled.

Result: A consultant can see at once whether you match a specification.

  4. An enquiry form for surveys

Fields for location in the building, building age, source of water and photographs, sending the details to your log and to WhatsApp.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with detail an estimator can use.

  5. Mobile speed and call buttons

Image compression, simple layouts and a message and call button on every page.

Result: The site loads and works on an ordinary phone connection.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should be on the home page?
What you waterproof, where you work, three photographs of finished jobs, the brands you are trained on and a clear way to book a survey. Leave detailed method for the pages below, so the home page stays short.
Should the website show prices?
Do not publish a price per square foot. It invites comparison without context. Explain how a survey sets the scope and the figure, and offer to visit. A buyer who understands this is more likely to book.
Do we need a separate site for builders?
Not necessarily. One site can carry a section for consultants and builders with systems, sites of comparable size and a specifier pack. Keep it linked from the home page so the right visitor finds it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
