Designer boutiques · Social media

Make the page a place where a saved picture turns into a message.

Social media marketing for a designer boutique is using Instagram and Facebook to show the label's point of view and move admirers into a conversation. GullySales works on the content plan, the posting of finished work and the reply route behind each post.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For designer boutiques

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The feed shows beauty and hides the process”

Finished outfits on a model get saved. The cutting, the hand work and the fitting show why the price is what it is. A feed that holds both lets a buyer understand the cost before asking.

  • “Comments of praise are left unanswered”

Admirers write lovely and stop there. A reply that asks the occasion, or moves the person to a message, is the only step between a compliment and a consultation. Unanswered, the comment is wasted.

  • “Reels reach strangers and the profile loses them”

A reel brings in viewers who open the profile and find a grid with no explanation. The bio, the highlights and a booking link are what keep the viewer from leaving without asking.

  • “Showing a client without consent creates a problem”

A bride in a photograph is a person with a family. Posting the picture without written consent, or with the venue visible, causes real upset. Mannequin and model pictures keep the feed safe.

What we do

What we deliver for designer boutiques.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan around the collection

Posts planned by piece, process and occasion, linked to the next launch or wedding months.

Result: The feed has a reason for every post.

  2. Reels of the making of one piece

Short videos of fabric, hand work and the finished outfit, with the designer speaking.

Result: A viewer sees the effort behind the work.

  3. A profile that routes to a consultation

Bio, highlights and link set so a viewer finds the booking route in one step.

Result: A visitor can start an enquiry from the profile.

  4. A reply guide for comments and messages

Written first replies that ask the occasion and date, and point to the starting range.

Result: Every comment has a next step.

  5. A consent form for client photographs

A short written form stating where a photograph will appear, signed before posting.

Result: Client pictures are used only where agreed.

  6. A record of enquiries by post

A note on which posts brought messages.

Result: You can see which kind of post leads to a consultation.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the designer be on camera?
Yes, where the designer is comfortable. The label is one person's point of view, and a buyer who hears the reasons behind a piece trusts the price more. A team member can handle replies.
Is it worth paying creators to wear the label?
Only when the creator's audience matches your buyers by city and occasion. Agree what is shown and where before it goes live, and check the platform's current rules on marking paid posts.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
