Fashion jewellery stores · Buyer persona

Know whether the person buying is wearing the piece or giving it away.

A buyer persona for a fashion jewellery brand is a written description of the people who buy: why they shop, where they look and what makes them hesitate. GullySales builds personas from your own orders, messages and counter conversations rather than from guesses.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

For fashion jewellery stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The wearer and the giver are different people”

A young professional buying earrings for personal wear wants a trend and a fair price. A brother buying for a sister wants a safe choice and a date for delivery. One message cannot speak to both.

  • “Occasion shoppers behave unlike everyday shoppers”

The bridesmaid with a wedding on Saturday wants colour match and speed. The minimalist buying an everyday chain wants material and comfort. Their questions, price tolerance and patience all differ.

  • “The marketplace buyer and the website buyer differ”

A buyer on a large platform compares price and delivery. A buyer who reaches the brand's own site came for the look or the story. Treating them alike wastes both pages and offers.

  • “Sensitive skin is a persona of its own”

Some buyers have reacted to cheap metal before and look for nickel-free or anti-tarnish claims and honest care notes. They ask more questions and stay loyal to a brand that answers them truthfully.

What we do

What we deliver for fashion jewellery stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Three or four named personas from your data

Each described by motive, where the buyer discovers the brand, the questions asked and the doubt that stops the order.

Result: Each persona is backed by orders or messages you can point to.

  2. A wearer and giver split

A clear note on how messages, pages and offers change for a person buying for self and a person buying for another.

Result: Gift and self-purchase journeys are written separately.

  3. A question bank per persona

The words each persona uses in messages and reviews, collected for use in product copy and replies.

Result: Page copy uses the phrases buyers actually write.

  4. Channel mapping

Where each persona is reached: reel, creator, marketplace, mall counter or friend's recommendation.

Result: You can see which channel reaches which buyer.

  5. A one-page summary for the team

A short sheet the shop staff, content makers and the person answering messages can all use.

Result: Everyone speaks to the same buyer.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We only have a small number of orders. Can we still build personas?
Yes. Read every order, message and review you have, and talk to the shop staff. A few real conversations give a better starting point than a long survey with no answers.
Should personas include age and income?
Include them only if they change what the buyer does. Motive, occasion and the doubt before buying decide the message more than a number. Avoid inventing figures that you cannot verify.
How often should personas be revised?
Revise them when your sales mix changes: a new collection, a new channel or a shift in who is ordering. Do not treat them as fixed; they are working notes that follow the orders.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
