Gemstone dealers · Website

Build a site where each stone carries its report, its video and its weight on one page.

A website for a gemstone dealer is the place where a buyer in another city checks a stone before paying, so each page carries the video, the weight and the lab report. GullySales works on the structure of the site, the stone pages, the trust pages and the route from a page to a reply.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For gemstone dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The page is the stone's passport”

A buyer who cannot visit needs one page that shows the stone moving in daylight, states weight and dimensions, shows the report and says plainly whether it is treated. A page with only a photograph and a rate is a price list.

  • “A full online shop is not the aim”

Buyers seldom pay a large sum for a coloured stone through a checkout alone. The site works best as a place to check the stone and to start a conversation, with enquiry buttons that lead to a message you answer.

  • “Trust pages are read by the careful buyer”

Pages on testing, returns, insurance in transit and how to confirm a stone at a second laboratory are read by the buyer deciding whether to risk a first order. They are as important as the stone pages themselves.

  • “A phone is the buyer's screen”

Stone buyers browse and message on phones. Heavy pages, small buttons and videos that stall lose them. Test the site on a mid-range phone and a poor connection before judging how it looks on a laptop.

What we do

What we deliver for gemstone dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A standard stone page

One layout used for every stone: video, weight, dimensions, report scan, treatment line and an enquiry button.

Result: Any two stones can be compared on the same lines.

  2. A trust section

Pages on natural and treated stones, lab reports, returns, insurance in transit and second-lab checks.

Result: A new buyer can read how you handle risk before paying.

  3. A stone-type structure

Parent pages for each stone with child pages for grades and sizes, and a trade page for jewellers.

Result: A buyer finds the right level, whatever they searched for.

  4. Enquiry routes that reach a person

WhatsApp and form buttons on every stone page that carry the stone name into the message.

Result: You know which stone each enquiry is about.

  5. A phone test before launch

The site checked on a mid-range phone, on a slow connection and in more than one browser.

Result: The page loads for the buyer holding a modest phone.

  6. A plan for adding and retiring stones

A routine for publishing a new stone and marking a sold one, with a person named to do it.

Result: The site never advertises a stone that has gone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we sell stones online with a payment button?
Only for standard, lower-value stones. For high-value pieces, keep the enquiry and let the buyer confirm by video and payment arranged with you. The site's job is to earn the conversation.
What stones should be on the site?
Only stones you hold, each with its evidence. A short list of real, documented stones beats a long list of stock you cannot photograph. Add as the evidence is ready.
Do we need a new site or can we fix the old one?
GullySales reads the current site first. If the structure can carry stone pages, we fix it. If it cannot, a rebuild is cheaper than patching, and we say so before any work begins.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
