Handbag stores · Digital marketing

Spend where buyers actually look: the map, the feed and the chat on their phone.

Digital marketing for a handbag store is the set of online routes that bring people to the counter: Google Maps, Instagram, search, ads and WhatsApp. GullySales works out which routes suit your shop and joins them with one record of enquiries.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For handbag stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Every route can look busy while none sells”

Posts, ads and a website can each look active while no one asks about a bag. A plan starts from the enquiry and the sale, and works back to the route that produced it.

  • “A shop sells to people within reach”

Unlike a brand shipping across the country, a store serves the streets around it. Spending on attention from far away buys views and no footfall, so the plan follows the catchment.

  • “The calendar sets the budget”

Weddings, college admission, festivals and holidays are when bags are bought. Money spent evenly across the year misses the weeks that matter and wastes the quiet ones.

  • “Ads without a landing route lose the buyer”

An ad that points to a home page makes the customer hunt for the bag. An ad that points to the right occasion page or a chat with a photograph asks for the next step at once.

What we do

What we deliver for handbag stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A route-by-route plan

Which of Maps, Instagram, search, ads and WhatsApp to use first, and which to leave, given your stock and area.

Result: You know where effort goes and why.

  2. An occasion calendar

The weeks for weddings, college, festive gifting and travel, with the posts and offers planned for each.

Result: Every season has its work planned before it arrives.

  3. One enquiry log

A single place that records every enquiry from every route, with the occasion and source.

Result: You can see which route brought which buyer.

  4. Ad accounts set up properly

Campaigns aimed at your catchment, using your own photographs and sending people to a page or chat that answers.

Result: Spend is directed at buyers who can reach the shop.

  5. A budget split you decide

A written view of what to spend on each route, set by you, and a place to note what came of it.

Result: The budget has a reason behind each line.

  6. A review of what worked

A look at the log after each season to decide what to repeat, change or drop.

Result: The next season's plan uses this season's evidence.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small bag shop start?
With the Google listing and the WhatsApp chat, because both put your shop in front of nearby buyers who are ready to ask. Add Instagram reels and ads once those two are answered well.
How do we know digital marketing brought a sale?
Ask at the counter how the customer found you and write it in the log. That one question, asked every time, tells you more than a dashboard of clicks.
Is an online store needed?
Not for the shop to benefit from digital marketing. Buyers want to hold the bag, so the aim is to bring them in. Selling online is a separate decision with its own costs, such as delivery and returns.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
