Home appliance stores · Local SEO

Be the showroom Google names when a family searches for an appliance near them.

Local SEO for an appliance store is the competition for the map results shown when someone searches for a washing machine shop or an AC dealer near them. GullySales works on the Google listing, the photographs and the review replies that decide those results.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For home appliance stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search by the thing, then pick by the stars”

Someone types fridge showroom near me and sees three shops, three ratings and three distances. The listing with the clearest photographs and an answered one-star review gets the call.

  • “Delivery complaints land on the map”

A late truck or an installer who never came becomes a review, and the review is read by the next family. The listing is judged on the after-sale record as much as on the showroom.

  • “Single-brand and multi-brand dealers confuse the listing”

A shop stocking several brands but categorised as one maker's showroom loses the searches for the others. The listing type and the brand list need to match what is on the floor.

  • “Stock shown online must exist on the floor”

A listing that shows an inverter AC in the photographs and a counter that has none sends the visitor away angry. The profile should show what is actually standing in the shop this month.

What we do

What we deliver for home appliance stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Listing type and brand list set correctly

Primary and secondary listing types chosen to match what you sell, with brand names written in the description and services.

Result: The listing appears for the product searches that match your stock.

  2. Real photographs of the showroom floor

Photographs of the entrance, the appliance rows, the display units and the delivery vehicle, replaced when the stock changes.

Result: A visitor can see your shop before arriving.

  3. Review replies on delivery and installation

A public reply to each review, stating the facts and asking the customer to call, followed by an actual call from the shop.

Result: No review on the profile is left without a reply.

  4. Hours and special days set properly

Opening hours, festival hours and any closed days kept correct on the listing.

Result: The listing shows open during the hours you are open.

  5. A review ask at billing and after installation

A request made at the counter and again once the unit is installed and working, with the link ready.

Result: New reviews come from buyers who have used the appliance.

  6. Call and direction counts watched

The listing's own counts for calls, directions and website taps, noted at the start and compared after the work.

Result: You can see whether the profile sends people to the counter.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these home appliance stores.

  • Multi-brand white goods and appliance showrooms
  • Single-brand exclusive stores run by dealers
  • Air conditioner specialists with installation teams
  • Washing machine and fridge dealers in market streets
  • Water heater, geyser and water purifier stores
  • Appliance retailers selling mainly on instalments
  • Showrooms supplying builders, hostels and guest houses in bulk
  • Open-box and ex-display appliance outlets

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does the number of reviews matter more than the rating?
Both are read. A handful of recent honest reviews with replies from you beats a long-ago pile. Focus on getting a review from buyers whose installation went well.
We have two branches. Should they share a listing?
No. Each outlet needs its own verified profile, address and photographs. Sharing one listing sends visitors to the wrong door.
Can we list the brands we sell on Google?
Yes, where you are a genuine dealer, in the description and services. Check the platform's current rules on business names, and do not add brand names to the business name itself.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
