Home appliance stores · Website

Build a site that shows what you stock and makes the call or visit easy.

A website for an appliance store is the online showroom that tells a buyer what you stock, where you deliver and how to reach the counter. GullySales works on the pages, the enquiry routes and the technical basics that let a family act on a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For home appliance stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Visits happen on a phone, in the shop”

A family at the counter checks the shop's own site beside a marketplace. If it loads slowly or hides the phone number, the visit ends.

  • “A catalogue copied from the maker is not a showroom”

Specification sheets are on every dealer's site. A buyer wants to know what is in stock, what installation costs and which pin codes you deliver to.

  • “The enquiry route must reach a person”

A form that nobody checks, or a chat that sends no alert, wastes the visit. Every route needs an owner at the shop.

  • “Trust sits in small details”

A real address, store photographs, GST details and a clear exchange and return explanation tell a nervous buyer that a real shop is behind the page.

What we do

What we deliver for home appliance stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page structure for appliances

Home, product-type pages, exchange and finance, delivery area, about and contact, laid out for a phone.

Result: Each main buyer question has a page.

  2. Product pages with your information

Pages for each type with models stocked, a plain buying guide and a visit or WhatsApp prompt.

Result: Pages carry your stock, not the maker's text.

  3. Enquiry buttons that work

Call, WhatsApp and visit-booking buttons on every page, tested on a phone.

Result: Each button reaches a staff member.

  4. Delivery and installation details

A page on coverage, what installation includes and how old units are taken back.

Result: The common after-sale questions are answered.

  5. Technical basics

A working address, schema for the business, indexing and a page speed that suits a phone.

Result: The site is indexed and the contact details are consistent.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these home appliance stores.

  • Multi-brand white goods and appliance showrooms
  • Single-brand exclusive stores run by dealers
  • Air conditioner specialists with installation teams
  • Washing machine and fridge dealers in market streets

  • Appliance retailers selling mainly on instalments
  • Showrooms supplying builders, hostels and guest houses in bulk
  • Open-box and ex-display appliance outlets

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online store with payments?
Only if you can fulfil online orders reliably. Some appliance shops do better with a catalogue and an enquiry route, and add payments later.
Should we list prices?
If you can keep them current, yes. Stale prices cause arguments at the counter. Where offers change, show a starting indication and invite a call.
Who updates the site?
Choose a person at the shop and keep the editing simple. A site that cannot be changed becomes wrong by the next season.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
