Hypermarkets · Website

Build a site that answers the questions a family asks before the drive.

A website for a hypermarket is the store's own page on the web, where a family checks the timings, the floors, the current offers and how to reach the building. GullySales works on the pages, the sale calendar on the site and the enquiry forms that reach the right desk.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For hypermarkets

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The family asks a few things first”

Are you open, where do I park, what is on offer and is it the same price as the leaflet. A site that hides these behind a slider and a menu loses the visitor who only wanted to confirm the trip.

  • “Leaflets in images cannot be searched”

A sale is uploaded as a picture of the flyer. The phone shows it small, nobody can search it, and the family cannot copy an item to a list. Text on the page serves all three.

  • “The site forgets the bulk buyer”

Institutions look for a way to ask for a rate. A site with only a retail home page has no door for them, so they ring the number on the hoarding and wait.

  • “Slow pages cost visits”

A site loaded with large banners opens slowly on a phone in a car park. The family gives up and trusts the Maps listing, which may be out of date.

What we do

What we deliver for hypermarkets.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page that answers those questions

Timings, parking, current offers and the way in placed above anything else on the page.

Result: A visitor sees all four without scrolling.

  2. Pages for floors and ranges

A page for each floor with the ranges and brands, and the opening hours.

Result: Each floor has its own address.

  3. A sale calendar page

The next sales listed by date with their offers in readable text, and a WhatsApp link to receive them.

Result: The calendar lists dates and offers in text.

  4. A bulk and institutional enquiry form

A form that reaches the bulk desk, asking for item, pack, quantity, delivery place and invoice needs.

Result: Submitted forms arrive in the bulk desk log.

  5. Pages that load on a phone

Images reduced and pages built for a phone first, tested on the connection a family has in the car.

Result: The site opens on an ordinary phone connection.

  6. Store details kept in step

Name, address, timings and phone number matched to the Maps listing and updated for every sale weekend.

Result: The site and Maps agree.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these hypermarkets.

  • Single-site hypermarkets on a highway or ring road
  • Hypermarkets inside shopping malls
  • Regional chains of hypermarkets across a few cities
  • Hypermarkets with an attached electronics and appliances floor
  • Hypermarkets with a strong apparel and home section
  • Cash-and-carry style large formats that sell to both households and traders
  • Hypermarkets in tier-two towns that draw from several villages
  • Franchise hypermarkets that follow a national brand's offer calendar

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online shop?
No. A site that shows the range, offers and how to reach the store already earns its place.
Who updates the site?
A named person in the store updates the offers and the timings. We set up the pages so that this is quick to do.
Can the site take bulk orders?
It can take enquiries and requests for a rate. A quote and an order are then made by the bulk desk.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
