Mattress stores · Website

Give the buyer a page that answers size, firmness and warranty before the first call.

A website for a mattress store is the page a buyer opens from Maps or an ad to check that the shop is real, what it stocks and how to reach it. GullySales plans the pages, the wording and the contact routes, and keeps them light enough for a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For mattress stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer opens the site to check the shop exists”

Someone who found you on Maps taps through to see whether the store is genuine. A clear address, photographs of the floor, the brands you stock and a phone number settle that doubt faster than any slogan.

  • “A price list as a PDF loses the visitor”

A heavy file on a mobile connection is closed before it opens. Sizes and offers set out on the page in plain text can be read, searched and updated when a price changes.

  • “Brand names alone say nothing about the shop”

The page that lists only the logos of the brands you stock is the same as every other dealer's. What differs is where to try them, who delivers and who handles the warranty, and that belongs on the page.

  • “A form nobody answers is worse than none”

A contact form that sends to an old email address leaves the buyer waiting. Every enquiry route on the site should land with a person who replies, ideally on the WhatsApp number the shop already uses.

What we do

What we deliver for mattress stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page plan for the shop

Home, mattress types, firmness guide, warranty and delivery, bulk supply and contact, planned around what a buyer asks.

Result: A page list each with a clear job.

  2. A firmness and warranty guide page

Plain answers on soft, medium and firm and what the warranty covers, without medical claims.

Result: A page you can send to a buyer on WhatsApp.

  3. A page for each mattress type

Orthopaedic, memory foam, pocket spring, coir and kids' mattresses, each with sizes and where to try it.

Result: Every type you stock has a page.

  4. A bulk-supply page for PGs and hostels

What you supply, how to request a sample and a price sheet, aimed at owners of PGs, hostels and guest houses.

Result: A page owners can be sent after a call.

  5. Contact routes that reach a person

A WhatsApp button, a call button, a map link and an enquiry form that all go to the same team.

Result: Every route on the site leads to a reply.

  6. A phone check of every page

Each page tested on a mid-range phone for readable text, tappable buttons and sensible photograph sizes.

Result: A list of fixes made after testing on the phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these mattress stores.

  • Multi-brand mattress stores with several brands side by side
  • Single-brand exclusive outlets of a national mattress company

  • Bed and bedding stores selling pillows, linen and toppers with mattresses
  • Dealers supplying hostels, PGs, hotels and hospitals in bulk
  • Customised and made-to-size mattress workshops

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does a mattress shop need its own website?
A Maps listing and a WhatsApp number do much of the work, but a site lets you explain firmness, warranty and bulk supply, and gives the listing something to link to. It need not be large.
Should the website show prices?
Show the offer or a starting price where it helps, and say that the final price depends on size and brand. Prices that never change are a risk; write the date or the terms beside any figure.
Can I add an online shop later?
Yes, if you can deliver, handle returns and keep stock accurate. Mattress buyers still want to lie down first, so the shop-visit route should stay as clear as the checkout.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
