Online grocery stores · Website

Build a site that answers the pin code, shows the stock and finishes the order.

A website for an online grocery store is the shop itself: pin code check, product pages, basket, slots and checkout, read on a phone. GullySales works on the pages and flows around your order platform, and does not set out to replace its engine.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For online grocery stores

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The pin code check comes before the catalogue”

A visitor who browses a long list of items and then learns delivery does not reach them has wasted time. Ask for the pin code first, show the slots and minimum basket for it, and then show the range for that area.

  • “The phone carries the order”

Grocery orders are placed on small screens with one hand free. Large tap targets, a search that forgives spelling and a basket that stays saved matter more than a clever home page.

  • “Stock shown must be stock on the shelf”

A product marked available that the packer cannot find creates the complaint that is hardest to repair. The site should read stock from the warehouse record, mark what is low or out, and suggest a substitute.

  • “Trust details belong on the page”

The licence number, address, contact, refund rule and substitution rule are what a nervous first-time buyer looks for. Placing them in the footer and at checkout shows a store that stands behind its basket. The licence number must be real and current.

What we do

What we deliver for online grocery stores.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Pin code gate and slot display

A pin code step that shows slots, minimum basket and the range for the area, or records the request when delivery is not available.

Result: A buyer gets an answer on the first screen.

  2. Product page and listing layout

Layouts for product pages and listings with pack size, price, photo, stock and substitute.

Result: A buyer can compare two items without leaving the list.

  3. Mobile checkout review

A walk through the checkout on a phone, noting each step where a buyer could stop.

Result: You have a marked list of steps to fix.

  4. Trust and policy pages

Plain pages for refunds, substitutions, delivery areas and licence details, linked from the footer and checkout.

Result: A first-time buyer can find your rules before ordering.

  5. Saved basket and reorder on the site

A logged-in view that shows the last basket and lets the household add it to the cart in one step.

Result: A returning buyer reaches checkout without searching again.

  6. Speed and tracking check

A review of mobile page speed and of the tags that record where each order came from.

Result: Your developer receives a short list to act on.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do I have to replace my order platform?
Not by default. Keep what works for catalogue and payments, and add the pages and flows around it. Replacement is a decision for when the platform blocks something you need, and we say so plainly if we see that.
Website or app first?
A mobile website reaches buyers who will not install anything yet, and search engines read it. An app suits households that already reorder; add it when repeat orders justify the cost.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
