Stationery and office supply dealers · Search engine optimisation

Be found for the cartridge code, not for the word stationery.

Search for an office supply dealer is about the exact thing being bought: a cartridge code, a paper size, a school's kit list. GullySales builds a page for each of those, for each kind of buyer you serve, and for the business parks inside your delivery area.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For stationery and office supply dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “An admin searches by part number, not by category”

She types the cartridge code printed on the empty box. A page called office supplies will never meet that search.

  • “In May the school's own name is the keyword”

Parents search the school and the word list together. Whoever holds that school's class-wise list on a page is the shop they open.

  • “Near me here means the building, not the city”

An admin wants delivery today, so the search carries a road, an estate or a tech park name. Those names have to be written on a page.

What we do

What we deliver for stationery and office supply dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each kind of buyer

Separate pages for offices, schools, hospitals and wholesale buyers, each written in the words that group uses and answering what it asks first.

Result: Every kind of buyer lands on a page written for them.

  2. Pages for the consumables people search by code

The cartridge, toner and paper codes you actually stock, each with compatibility, pack size and a quote route, instead of one long undated price list.

Result: A code search reaches your shop.

  3. A delivery area page naming the parks and roads

The business parks, industrial estates and commercial roads you deliver to, written out by name rather than described as our service area.

Result: Searches with a building name in them find you.

  4. School kit pages live from March

One page per nearby school carrying its class-wise list, published before the season and corrected the moment a school changes what it asks for.

Result: Parents reach you by searching their own school.

  5. The catalogue made readable by search engines

Your item list published as pages rather than only as a file to download, with categories, pack sizes and brands marked up properly.

Result: The range you stock is visible without a download.

  6. A note on what search brought in

Which pages were found, which turned into a quote request and which brought nobody, set beside the enquiry numbers taken before the work began.

Result: Pages that earn nothing get rewritten or removed.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What an office admin or a parent types before ordering supplies, and the page that answers it.

HP 12A toner cartridge dealer
A page for a cartridge code. Show the printer models it fits, whether it is original or compatible, availability and the area you deliver to, with a way to order.
A4 copier paper 75 GSM bulk supplier
A paper page. List the brands and GSM you keep, the pack sizes, how a bulk quote is made, and the delivery area, so an admin can send a request in one message.
school stationery kit list for Class 5
A page for each school you supply, if the school agrees. Show the list, the brands, and the date the kit is ready, so a parent can order before the term starts.
office pantry supplies for company
A pantry page. List tea, coffee, snacks, housekeeping items and printed supplies you can supply together, and the way a company sets up a standing order.
GeM registered stationery supplier
A government buyer page. Say that you are a seller on GeM, which categories you list, and how a department can raise a request outside the portal if its rules permit.
custom printed diaries for company
A corporate gifting page. Show sample diaries, the printing options, the order quantity and the notice you need before a festival, based on your real print partner.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

We run a shop, not an online store. Is this worth anything?
Yes, if offices near you look before they ring. Most of the value here is the quote request, not an online order. A page naming the parks you deliver to does more for you than a shopping cart would.
Should we put rates on the website?
Put an indicative rate on the fast-moving items and a same-day quote route beside it. Admins search with price in the query, and a page with no number loses them. Rates move, so date the page and keep it current.
How do we stop the toner pages from going out of date?
Keep one page per cartridge family and update the compatible printer list as models arrive. Mark discontinued codes with the current replacement and a link. A page that points to the right part earns trust, and a dead page does not.
Can we make a page for each school we supply?
Only with the school's agreement. Parents search by school name and class, so a page with the kit list helps. Without permission, build a page for the board and the class, with a way to send the list to you.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
