Jewellery retailers · Website
Give the bridal shopper the answers they want before they ever call the showroom.
A jewellery website's job is to answer the making-charge, hallmark and collection questions a buyer researches for weeks, and to make booking a showroom visit easy once they have decided. GullySales builds sites organised by collection and showroom, fast enough to hold a buyer comparing several stores in one sitting.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means
A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Sales and marketing for jewellery retailers, the overview.
Last updated 5 Oct 2026.
For jewellery retailers
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“Collection pages, not a single catalogue”
Bridal, diamond and daily-wear collections each need a page a buyer can find by searching, with pricing cues and certification stated plainly.
“A showroom locator for multi-branch jewellers”
A buyer needs to find their nearest showroom, its hours and its Maps link in one click, especially during festival footfall.
“Fast enough for a comparison shopper”
A buyer holding your site open next to two competitors' will close a slow one first, so load speed on a phone matters as much as the design.
What we do
What we deliver for jewellery retailers.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
A page for each collection, not one catalogue
Separate pages for bridal, diamond and daily-wear collections, each stating pricing cues and certification plainly for a buyer researching for weeks.
Result: A buyer researching one collection is not made to search through all of them.
A showroom locator with hours and Maps links
A page letting a buyer find their nearest showroom, its hours and its Maps link in one click, built for busy festival footfall.
Result: A buyer decides which showroom to visit without needing to call first.
A fast-loading site for a comparison shopper
The site built and checked for speed on a phone, since a buyer often holds two or three showroom sites open side by side.
Result: The site is not the one closed first while a buyer is comparing.
An enquiry path on every collection page
A WhatsApp or booking option placed directly on each collection page, instead of routing every visitor through one general contact page.
Result: A buyer who has decided can act immediately, without hunting for a way to.
Showroom-visit report against the baseline
A report on enquiries and showroom visits traced from the website, compared with the baseline recorded before the new site went live.
Result: You know whether the new website is actually producing more visits.
How the result is measured
- Page load time
- Bounce rate
- Enquiries from the website
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
What the page must show
What a jewellery showroom's website must show before a buyer plans a visit.
- Today's gold rate with the time it was set
- Show the 22K and 24K rate with the time it was updated, or link to where it is posted. A buyer checks this before they look at the designs.
- How the final bill is built
- Explain the parts: metal value, making charge per gram or as a percentage, stone charges and GST. A buyer who can follow the arithmetic does not feel surprised at the counter.
- A hallmarked piece and a sample certificate
- Photograph a piece with its BIS hallmark and HUID, and show a sample diamond certificate with the grading lab named. Proof beats a promise of purity.
- Old-gold exchange and buyback terms
- Write the exchange terms in plain words: how purity is tested, whether it is tested in front of the customer, and what deduction applies.
- Weight, size and purity under each design
- Give approximate gram weight, dimensions and purity beneath each photograph, with a close-up in natural light. The buyer cannot hold the piece.
- Showroom hours, parking and private viewing
- State hours, the Maps link and parking, and whether a bridal viewing can be booked in advance. Add a WhatsApp button so a saved design can be sent.
Who it is for
This is written for these jewellery retailers.
- Bridal and wedding jewellery showrooms
- Gold and diamond jewellery retail chains
- Silver and artificial jewellery stores
- Certified diamond and solitaire retailers
- Traditional and antique jewellery stores
- Single-showroom family jewellers
Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- Stock is not recorded in any list, so a catalogue page would show designs you cannot confirm are in the showroom.
- The existing site gets visits but no calls, and the real gap is a missing price answer, which a few edits could fix first.
How it works
How the website work runs
The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.
- 1
Confirm structure and content
We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.
- 2
Design the templates
The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.
- 3
Build and test
The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.
- 4
Load real content
Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.
- 5
Check before launch
Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.
- 6
Launch and hand over access
The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.
Where this fits
Three pieces of sales work, in this order.
This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.
Step 1
Sales audit
Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.
Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.
Step 2 · you are here
Sales process design
One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.
Start here if every salesperson sells differently.
Step 3
Sales management
A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.
Start here if the team has targets and no routine.
