AI development companies · Content marketing

Publish what you have learned from real builds, and buyers will read it before they call.

Content marketing for an AI development company means writing the explainers, case stories and notes that a careful buyer reads before agreeing to a first project. GullySales plans and writes that content around the use cases you have shipped.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For AI development companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “General AI articles compete with everyone”

A post explaining what machine learning is will sit beside thousands like it. Buyers evaluating a vendor want something narrower: how a given kind of document was handled and what the first version got wrong.

  • “Failure notes build more trust than success stories”

A write-up of a proof of concept that stopped at the agreed point, and why, tells the buyer that you will not push a doomed project. That honesty is rare in this field and a careful buyer notices it.

  • “The IT head reads different content from the sponsor”

The sponsor wants the business problem and the cost of doing nothing. The IT head wants data location, model providers and handover. One article does not serve both, so each reader needs a piece written for them.

  • “Content with no next step is wasted”

A well-written article that ends without an offer leaves the reader to search again. Every piece should lead to a use-case page, a proof-of-concept description or a question sheet.

What we do

What we deliver for AI development companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan built on shipped use cases

A list of articles and stories matched to each use case you have delivered, each with the buyer it is written for.

Result: A plan showing which piece answers which buyer question.

  2. Worked-example articles

Posts that follow one small build from sample documents to a measured result, including what failed and what a person still checks.

Result: Articles you can send to a prospect in place of a long explanation.

  3. Confidential case stories

Write-ups by problem and industry with the client unnamed and figures left out unless approved.

Result: Stories that need no permission call before each use.

  4. A reader guide for the IT head

A plain document on data handling, model providers and what runs inside the client's systems, reviewed by your own adviser.

Result: The question sheet exists as a page and as an attachment.

  5. A review step for every piece

A checklist covering accuracy language, client identity and claims before anything is published.

Result: Nothing goes live with a claim you cannot back up.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long should the list of articles be?
Shorter than you expect. A handful of strong pieces tied to real builds does more than a long list of general posts. GullySales plans around what your team can write and approve.
Can we use AI to write our content?
You may, but a piece about your own builds needs your own facts. Tools draft; someone who did the work must check every statement before it is published.
Should we publish our accuracy figures?
Only if you can show how they were measured and on whose data. Otherwise describe the conditions and the review steps. A figure without its context invites the very question you cannot answer.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
