AI development companies · Digital marketing

Choose a few channels that suit a long, careful sale, and run them properly.

Digital marketing for an AI development company is the choice and coordination of search, content, social, email and partner channels around a sale that takes time and several approvers. GullySales plans that mix from your past enquiries and then works on the pieces you pick.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For AI development companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The sale is long, so one channel never closes it”

A buyer may find you through search, read a case story, meet a partner and attend a talk before writing. Counting only the last click credits the wrong channel and starves the ones that started the conversation.

  • “Paid search needs very specific terms”

Broad terms about artificial intelligence draw students and curious visitors. Task terms, such as extracting data from invoices, draw buyers. The cost and the quality differ sharply, and a small budget cannot afford the first kind.

  • “Email still carries the serious conversation”

Proposals, data sheets and results reviews move by email. A tidy list, a clear sender and a useful message for each stage matter more here than any new channel.

  • “Too many channels spread a small team thin”

A team of a handful of people cannot run search, social, webinars, outreach and partners at once. Choosing two and doing them well beats five done in name only.

What we do

What we deliver for AI development companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel review from your enquiries

A look at where your past enquiries and wins came from, with an honest account of what is unknown.

Result: A short list of channels worth continuing and ones to stop.

  2. A plan for two or three channels

A written plan naming the channels, the use case each will serve, who owns it and what you will check afterwards.

Result: A plan that fits the team that exists.

  3. Task-based search ad groups

Ad groups and landing pages built around specific tasks rather than general AI terms, with a small starting budget set by you.

Result: Ads point to a page that matches the search.

  4. Tracking that follows the whole path

Simple tracking that records the source of each enquiry and what it became, including partner and event sources.

Result: You see which channel started each project, not only which ended it.

  5. A single message across channels

One short description of what you build and for whom, used across the site, profiles, emails and talks.

Result: Buyers hear the same clear account everywhere.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

What budget do we need?
That depends on your goals and your sales cycle, and GullySales does not quote a figure here. Begin with the channels that cost time more than money, and add spend once something works.
Is digital marketing worth it for a very small firm?
It is worth it if the aim is the right enquiries, not a crowd. Choose one or two channels, build pages for the use cases you have shipped, and measure what each produces.
How do we know what is working?
By recording the source of every enquiry and its outcome. Without that record, you only see activity. GullySales sets up the tracking and reads it with you.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
