AI development companies · Website

Make the website say what you have built, what it cannot do and what to do next.

A website for an AI development company is where a buyer checks whether your claims survive scrutiny, so it needs real use cases, stated limits and a clear first step. GullySales works on the structure, the pages and the words.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For AI development companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page says AI and the buyer leaves”

Phrases such as intelligent solutions and digital transformation describe every competitor. The first screen should name a task a buyer recognises, such as reading policy documents or answering customer queries on WhatsApp.

  • “Missing limits make the page look like marketing”

A page with no mention of what fails, what a person still checks or how accuracy is measured invites suspicion. The honest limits are what a careful buyer is looking for, so put them on the page.

  • “The IT head visits the site too”

This reader looks for data location, model providers and handover. If the site is silent, the question arrives on a call and the cycle slows. A visible section on data answers it before anyone asks.

  • “A contact form that asks for a budget scares off early buyers”

A buyer who has not yet scoped a task cannot give a figure. A form that asks for the task and offers a small proof of concept as the first step gets more honest enquiries.

What we do

What we deliver for AI development companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure by use case

A map of pages: one per use case, a proof-of-concept page, a data and model page, case stories and an about page with the people who build.

Result: A structure where each buyer question has a home.

  2. A rewritten home page

A first screen and a flow that name the task, state the limits and lead to a proof-of-concept offer.

Result: A visitor knows what you build from the first screen.

  3. A data and model page

Plain answers on data location, model providers and what can run inside a client's systems, approved by your own adviser.

Result: A page the IT head can read without booking a call.

  4. A proof-of-concept page and form

A page describing the first project, its stopping point and a short form that asks for the task and sample data status.

Result: Enquiries arrive in a form you can scope.

  5. A technical and mobile check

A review of speed, mobile layout, headings and tracking so the site works for a founder reading on a phone.

Result: A fix list in order of importance.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show our team on the website?
Yes, the people who build. Buyers want to know who will do the work. Use real names and roles of people who agree to appear, and nothing invented.
Do we need case studies on the site?
Yes, even unnamed ones. A story by problem and industry, with a plain account of limits, shows evidence without exposing a client. Figures need the client's approval.
Can we keep the existing site and improve it?
The content matters more than the design. GullySales reviews what exists and says whether rewriting pages is enough or whether the structure needs rebuilding.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
