Data analytics companies · Digital marketing

Put search, LinkedIn, email and the website behind the same few use cases.

Digital marketing for an analytics firm is the set of channels that carry the same use cases to different buyers, from search to LinkedIn to email. GullySales plans which channels carry which message and how each enquiry is traced back.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For data analytics companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels pull in different directions”

Search says dashboards, LinkedIn says AI and the brochure says consulting. A buyer who sees all three cannot tell what the firm is best at. One set of use cases, repeated everywhere, builds a clear name.

  • “Paid ads reach tool searchers”

An ad on a software term brings people comparing tools or learning them. A question-led ad aimed at a function reaches the buyer with a problem, but check each platform's current rules before spending.

  • “Email goes to the wrong list”

A newsletter sent to every contact treats a finance head and a plant manager alike. Lists divided by function let a message about collections reach the person who cares about collections.

  • “Results are not traced to a source”

If the firm cannot say which channel produced a pilot, it spends where it feels busiest. A simple record from enquiry to contract shows which channels deserve the effort.

What we do

What we deliver for data analytics companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel and message plan

A page showing which use case each channel carries and which buyer it is meant for.

Result: Your outreach says one thing in every place.

  2. Question-led ad copy

Ad wording built around a business question in a function, sent to a matching page.

Result: Paid visitors arrive on a page that answers what they searched.

  3. Email lists by function

Contacts grouped by function and stage, with a short message series for each group.

Result: A buyer receives only what concerns their work.

  4. Source tracking from enquiry to pilot

Tags on pages and forms that carry the source into the CRM.

Result: You see which channels produce pilots, not just visits.

  5. Review of what to stop

A plain review of channels that bring no useful enquiries, with a decision to reduce or drop each.

Result: Effort moves to the channels that work for you.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small firm start?
Start with the website pages and LinkedIn, since both carry sample screens well. Add paid search or email once the pages convert enquiries into conversations.
Is paid advertising worth it for analytics?
It is, for specific questions with clear pages behind them. Run a small test, track the enquiries it brings and judge it against pilots, not clicks.
How do we avoid chasing every new channel?
Choose the channels where your buyers already meet advisers and peers. Add one at a time, with a person who owns it and a record that shows its results.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
