Mobile app development companies · Search engine optimisation

Rank for the app your buyer describes, not for the word development.

SEO for a mobile app studio is the work of appearing when a founder or owner searches for the app they want built, in their own words and in their city. GullySales works on service pages, case pages and technical basics so that each shows a store listing a visitor can install.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For mobile app development companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search for the app, not the service”

An owner types an app for my salon bookings or an app like Swiggy for my restaurants. A site that only says mobile app development has no page for those words, and a competitor with a restaurant app page takes the visit.

  • “Technology terms attract developers, not clients”

A page about Flutter versus React Native pulls readers who write code. The founder who pays has asked who owns the source code and what the app costs after launch, and those are the questions worth a page each.

  • “A portfolio grid gives search engines nothing to read”

Logos and screenshots in a gallery carry no words about the problem, the users or the first version. Each shipped app needs its own page that says what was built and links to the live store listing.

  • “Overseas clients and local owners search differently”

A buyer abroad looks for an Indian app development company and compares profiles. A shop owner in the next city looks for a developer near them. One page cannot serve both, so the site needs separate routes.

What we do

What we deliver for mobile app development companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A map of the searches your buyers use

A list of phrases grouped by kind of app, by city and by question, drawn from your own enquiries and the questions founders ask on calls.

Result: A written list of search phrases, each matched to a page that exists or is planned.

  2. Service pages for each app you build

Separate pages for ordering apps, booking apps, delivery apps and MVP builds, each with a live example and plain statements on ownership and upkeep.

Result: A visitor lands on a page about their own kind of app.

  3. Case pages that read as well as they look

Each case opens with the store listing, the problem, the users and the contents of version one, written with the client's consent.

Result: Case pages have text a search engine can index and a founder can quote.

  4. Technical checks on the site

Page titles, headings, speed on a phone, internal links and a sitemap reviewed and fixed where they hold pages back.

Result: A written list of fixes with each marked done or open.

  5. Answer pages for the questions buyers ask

Short guides on source code ownership, store accounts, upkeep after launch and what an MVP should leave out.

Result: The questions from your scoping calls have a page each on the site.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these mobile app development companies.

  • First-time founders building a consumer app with a small seed budget
  • Restaurants, salons and retail chains wanting their own ordering or loyalty app
  • Clinics and diagnostic chains wanting a booking and report-delivery app
  • Schools and coaching institutes wanting a parent and student app
  • Logistics and field-service companies needing an app for drivers and technicians
  • Startups needing an MVP before a funding conversation
  • Companies replacing an app a previous vendor abandoned
  • Overseas clients outsourcing app builds to an Indian studio

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Can we rank for app development company in a metro city?
Competition there is crowded with agencies and directories. A narrower route works better: pages for the kinds of app you build, with proof. GullySales does not promise a position, and a ranking report would only show where each page stands.
Does it matter that the site is built in a particular framework?
Only if it loads slowly on a phone or hides text from search engines. Check how the page renders and how long it takes on an ordinary connection. A studio's own site should show the care you promise clients.
Should we blog about code?
Write for the buyer first. A post on what to cut from a first version brings founders, while a post on a library brings other developers. Keep technical posts if you are hiring, and put them apart from the pages that sell.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
