School management software providers · Website

Give the trustee, the principal and the accountant each a page that opens on their own worry.

A website for a school software firm is the place where a principal checks your name before the demo and a trustee checks it before the board meets. GullySales works on the structure, the wording and the proof so each visitor finds the answer to their own question.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For school management software providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Module lists are the usual mistake”

Tabs for fees, attendance, transport and reports describe the software and not the school. A visitor wants to know whether the fee desk will reconcile with the bank and whether teachers will cope.

  • “Each decision maker needs a front door”

A trustee page leads with cost structure, records and exit. A principal page leads with teachers and the parent app, and an accountant page leads with receipts and concessions. Each ends with the same clear request for a demo.

  • “The data page is a sales page”

Management asks where student data is stored and who can see it. A plain page with the answer, checked by your own adviser, removes a doubt that otherwise travels to the board unanswered.

  • “Mobile and slow connections are the real test”

Principals and trustees read on phones, on patchy networks. A heavy page with large demo videos loses them before the first heading, so weight and clarity matter more than animation.

What we do

What we deliver for school management software providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure for three readers

A map of pages for trustees, principals, accountants, school types and boards, with the route each reader takes to a demo request.

Result: Every visitor can find a page written for their role.

  2. Rewritten core pages

Home, product, pricing approach, security and contact pages written in school language, with invented student names on any screen.

Result: The site speaks of school problems, not of modules.

  3. A data and privacy page

A plain statement of where student data is held, who sees it and how it is exported when a school leaves, reviewed by your own adviser.

Result: One page you can send when management asks.

  4. Demo request and enquiry form

A short form asking board, campuses, current system and who will attend, tied to your CRM.

Result: A demo request arrives with the details a salesperson needs.

  5. Mobile and speed review

A check of page weight, images and layout on ordinary phones, with a list of fixes made.

Result: The site loads readably on the devices schools use.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we show screenshots of real schools?
Only with written permission from the school and with student names removed or invented. GullySales uses invented data on screens and avoids photographs of children unless consent is documented.
Should the site have pricing on it?
That is your decision. If prices vary by school size, a pricing approach page that explains what changes the cost helps a trustee without fixing a figure that will go out of date.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
