CRM solution providers · CRM

Use your own product the way you ask customers to, and let the pipeline show the truth.

A CRM for a CRM partner is the system holding your own enquiries, demos, proposals and support requests, which a buyer may ask to see. GullySales works on setting up your pipeline stages, sources and reports so your own sales run on the discipline you sell.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What CRM means

A CRM is the record where every enquiry, call and quote is kept against a customer, replacing separate notebooks, spreadsheets and memory. GullySales sets up or cleans an existing CRM and reports from it by enquiry outcome rather than by activity logged.

For CRM solution providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A partner with a messy pipeline loses credibility”

If a buyer asks how you track demos and the honest answer is a sheet, the sale is harmed. Running your own sales in the CRM you recommend is the best demonstration, and it makes your own follow-up reliable.

  • “Demo, pilot and project are different stages”

A partner's pipeline has steps generic templates miss: discovery call, demo on the buyer's data, paid pilot, full implementation, support plan. Without those stages, nobody can tell where deals stall.

  • “Source tracking tells you where to spend”

Enquiries from trade pages, vendor directories, referrals and outreach look the same unless each is tagged at entry. With sources recorded, a slow quarter becomes a question you can answer from data.

What we do

What we deliver for CRM solution providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A pipeline built for implementation sales

Stages for discovery, demo, proposal, pilot, project and support, with the fields a partner needs at each.

Result: Each deal sits in one clear stage.

  2. Source and referrer fields

Fields recording the trade page, directory, ad or person that produced each enquiry.

Result: You can list enquiries by source at any time.

  3. Automatic capture from your website and forms

Enquiry forms and click-to-WhatsApp links wired to create a record with the source attached.

Result: A new enquiry appears in the CRM without retyping.

  4. Reports for the founder

A short set of views covering demos held, proposals open and pilots offered.

Result: The founder sees the state of sales on one screen.

  5. Support and change-request tracking

A separate pipeline for post-go-live requests, so small changes are logged and priced.

Result: Support work is visible and can be charged for.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Fields worth keeping

A partner's own pipeline needs fields that suit implementation sales.

Product and plan under discussion
Filled by the consultant at the first call. Lets the founder see which products are actually being sold and where a partnership matters.
Stage: demo, pilot or project
Moved by the person who ran the meeting. Keeps a demo from being counted as a deal and shows where buyers stop.
Integrations requested
Filled during discovery. Decides the scope and the person who must join the proposal, such as the telephony or accounts specialist.
Number of users and trade
Filled from the first conversation. Sets the effort for training and lets you compare one trade's deals with another.
Source or referrer
Filled when the enquiry arrives. Shows whether directory, search, a vendor referral or a past client brought the work.
Post-go-live requests
Logged by support staff on live clients. Shows which clients return with change requests and which of them could be a new project.

Who it is for

This is written for these CRM solution providers.

  • Zoho, HubSpot and Salesforce partners and implementation firms
  • Vertical CRM vendors for real estate, education or insurance
  • Indian CRM product companies selling to small and mid-sized businesses
  • Consultants who configure Bitrix24, Pipedrive or Freshsales
  • WhatsApp-first CRM and sales automation tools
  • Freelance CRM consultants growing into a small firm
  • IT firms adding CRM as a service line beside ERP
  • Telephony and call centre software vendors with a built-in CRM

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The team has not decided who owns each stage, so any field would be filled differently by each consultant.
  • You are choosing a CRM only to look credible, with no one willing to review the pipeline in a meeting.

How it works

How the CRM work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Map the sales process

We sit with the people who sell and write down how a deal moves from enquiry to payment, including where it stalls.

  2. 2

    Agree stages, fields and owners

Each stage gets a name your team already uses and a proof that the deal has left it. We agree which fields are required at which stage, and who may change what.

  3. 3

    Build on a copy

Pipeline, fields and views are built on a trial copy where the CRM offers one, or in a separate pipeline where the plan allows. Live work stays untouched.

  4. 4

Connect channels, then switch on automations

Channels are connected first. Each automation is then switched on separately, so a misfiring rule is easy to find.

  5. 5

    Test with real deals

The people who will use the CRM run open deals through it. Gaps are fixed before the whole team switches over.

  6. 6

    Switch over and trim

Once real use shows which fields stay empty and which stages nobody uses, those are cut and the handover record is updated.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which CRM should we use for ourselves?
The one you sell, if it fits. Customers notice when a partner does not use the product. If you sell several, use the one closest to your own way of selling.
Should support requests sit in the sales CRM?
Keep them in a separate pipeline or board. Mixing them hides both. The link between a customer and their support history still needs to be one click.
Does GullySales configure the system or advise?
We advise on stages, fields and routines, and work with your team on the set-up. Where deep configuration is needed, your own consultants do it, since that is your craft.
Should our own CRM be the product we sell?
Use the product you partner on if it fits, because the team then sees what the customer sees. Run it as a real pipeline rather than a demo account. If the product is unsuited to a service business, say so to yourselves and pick one that suits.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
