CRM solution providers · Social media

Post what your consultants know about sales teams, and sales heads will follow.

Social media marketing for a CRM partner means sharing practical observations about how sales teams log, follow up and lose leads. GullySales works on what your consultants post, where it is posted and how a reaction becomes a conversation.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For CRM solution providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Sales heads trade tips on LinkedIn”

A sales manager who is unhappy with a spreadsheet asks peers what they use. A post from a consultant explaining why executives stop updating a CRM is read in that moment. A company page repeating a vendor announcement is skipped.

  • “Screenshots sell better than slogans”

A cleaned-up view of a pipeline for a real estate team, with names hidden, shows more than the line smooth sales process. Buyers want to see stages, fields and a phone view, because that is what their executives will face.

  • “A comment is a lead only if someone answers it”

A post that draws a question about WhatsApp integration goes cold when nobody replies for days. The routine for answering, and for moving a good question into a private message, matters as much as the post.

What we do

What we deliver for CRM solution providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Profiles for your consultants

LinkedIn profiles rewritten around the trades each person has configured for, with a clear line on who to contact.

Result: Each consultant's profile says what they set up and for whom.

  2. A bank of post ideas from real projects

Observations on adoption, data cleaning and integration problems, drawn from your set-ups and cleared for sharing.

Result: A list of posts written in your consultants' own words.

  3. Anonymised screenshots

Pipeline, report and phone views prepared with customer data removed and the customer's permission.

Result: Visuals that show real configuration without exposing a customer.

  4. A reply routine

Who answers comments and messages, what they ask next, and where the conversation is logged.

Result: A comment that asks a question reaches a named person.

  5. A page and channel check

A review of which platforms suit your buyers, so effort goes where sales heads actually read.

Result: A short recommendation on where to post and where to stop.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Posts and pieces to plan

A CRM partner's posts come from the projects the team has actually configured.

A pipeline built for a trade, shown stage by stage
A carousel of the stages as configured, with customer names and numbers removed and the owner's approval recorded before posting.
What a sales executive sees on day one
A short screen recording of the mobile view with dummy data, answering the adoption worry in the buyer's mind.
A WhatsApp-to-CRM logging demonstration
A clip showing a chat attached to a lead, with a line on which version of the system and which integration was used.
Spreadsheet clean-up before import
A text post on duplicate numbers and merged cells that break an import, written by the consultant who met them.
An integration that took longer than expected
A candid post about one scoping surprise and how the proposal now covers it, with the client unnamed.

Who it is for

This is written for these CRM solution providers.

  • Zoho, HubSpot and Salesforce partners and implementation firms
  • Vertical CRM vendors for real estate, education or insurance
  • Indian CRM product companies selling to small and mid-sized businesses
  • Consultants who configure Bitrix24, Pipedrive or Freshsales
  • WhatsApp-first CRM and sales automation tools
  • Freelance CRM consultants growing into a small firm
  • IT firms adding CRM as a service line beside ERP
  • Telephony and call centre software vendors with a built-in CRM

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • No consultant is willing to put a name and face on the posts, and an anonymous page does not carry authority with sales heads.
  • You have no screens that can be shown without client data, so each post would need approval from a customer first.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm audience, platforms and access

We note which platforms your buyers use and check that the pages sit under your own business accounts, with you as owner and us as added roles.

  2. 2

    Review the current presence

We read the existing pages, the posts that drew replies and the gaps in posting.

  3. 3

    Build the calendar

Themes, formats and dates are set out for your approval, with space for offers and news.

  4. 4

    Create, approve and publish

Posts are made, approved by you and scheduled. Replies to the public are handled in your voice.

  5. 5

    Record enquiries and adjust

Enquiries are logged against the post or platform where they began, and the mix changes to follow what brings them.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the company page or the consultants post?
Both, with different jobs. Consultants share working observations under their own names. The company page holds the trade list, case stories and contact details. A buyer trusts a named person on a first look.
Is Instagram useful for a CRM partner?
It suits recruiting and team culture more than sales. Your buyers are founders and sales heads who read LinkedIn. We would look at where your own enquiries came from before adding a channel.
Can we post customer screenshots?
Only with the customer's permission and with names and numbers removed. Check the agreement you signed, and ask in writing before using any customer's data or story.
How should we handle a comment asking for a quote?
Reply in the thread with a line that the price depends on users, integrations and data, then move to a call or a message. A public quote without scope sets a number the proposal later has to explain, and it invites comparison with unlike offers.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
