Mobile phone repair services · Digital marketing

Digital marketing for a repair shop is a short chain from a search to a phone on the counter.

Digital marketing for a repair shop is the set of online routes, such as Maps, search, social posts and WhatsApp, that bring a nearby person with a broken phone to the counter. GullySales works on how those routes fit together and which one deserves attention first.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For mobile phone repair services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Every route ends at the same counter”

The Maps listing, the model pages, the reel and the ad all lead to a call or a visit. If the counter cannot answer, the routes are wasted. The first job is to make sure the shop can take the enquiry.

  • “Spreading thin helps nobody”

A shop that opens five accounts and updates none looks abandoned. It is better to run the listing and WhatsApp properly, then add one more route when the first two are steady.

  • “Paid reach must stay local”

An ad shown across a city brings clicks from people who will not visit. Limit it to the roads and markets around the shop, and send it to a clear offer for a model or a fault.

  • “Nothing counts if it is not counted”

Without a record of calls, walk-ins and repairs by source, the shop cannot say which route works. A simple tally at the counter turns guesswork into a decision about where to spend.

What we do

What we deliver for mobile phone repair services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan ordered by effort and return

The routes listed in the order they should be built, starting with the listing and the enquiry handling.

Result: The owner knows what to do first.

  2. A set of routes that agree

The name, address, phone and services made identical across the listing, pages, social profiles and WhatsApp.

Result: Customers see one consistent shop.

  3. A local ad test

A small, narrowly aimed ad for one repair, with a landing page or chat link that answers it.

Result: You learn if paid reach is worth continuing.

  4. A source question at the counter

One question asked of every walk-in and caller, with the answer written on the job card.

Result: You can compare routes by repairs, not by clicks.

  5. A review of the weakest route

The route with least return rewritten, paused or dropped, with the reason recorded.

Result: Effort moves to what works.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Follow the short chain from a search to a phone on the counter.

mobile repair near me
The map profile answers it. Keep the services, hours and photos current, since it is the first thing the searcher sees.
[phone model] screen price
A model page with the grades and a price range or a request for a quote. It catches the buyer who compares before travelling.
phone repair open on Sunday
A search of urgency. Put the hours on the profile and the contact page, and keep them true on festival days.
water damage repair [area]
A high-value job that pays. A page and a post on what to do first send these owners to the shop.
[brand] service centre alternative
Owners out of warranty look for choices. A page on how you differ from the authorised centre, stated honestly, answers it.
phone repair with warranty
A search from a buyer burned before. The grade and warranty card is the page that answers it.

Who it is for

This is written for these mobile phone repair services.

  • Counter-style mobile repair kiosks in malls and markets
  • Neighbourhood mobile shops that repair and sell accessories
  • Board-level and water damage specialists
  • Brand-specialist shops for iPhone or one Android make
  • Repair services that also sell refurbished phones
  • Mobile shops that handle recharge, SIM and sales together
  • Doorstep phone repair services
  • Authorised service partners who also take non-warranty work

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have no one to track which message or call came from which source, so spending would be a guess.
  • Ads would run beyond the area the shop serves, and a customer far from the shop will not visit.
  • The counter has nobody free to answer the extra calls the ads would bring.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a new shop start?
Start with the Maps listing and a business WhatsApp number. They reach people who are close and ready. Add model pages and posts once those two are answered promptly.
Is it worth paying for ads?
If it suits the shop. Test small, local and for one repair. If calls and visits follow and the counter can handle them, continue. If not, spend the effort on the listing and pages.
How do I know it is working?
Compare calls, walk-ins and repairs with the record you started with. Clicks and likes are signs, not the result. What counts is how many phones reach the bench.
Should the shop advertise board repairs separately?
Yes, if the bench does them. A board job is a different customer from a screen job, with a different worry and a higher bill. Give it its own page and its own ad, and send the lead to the technician who does the work.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
