Tree service companies · Lead generation

Fill February from the estimates nobody ever chased.

Lead generation for a tree service is a steady arrival of homeowners, boards and property managers asking for a price, rather than whatever the weather sends. GullySales works the estimates you already wrote, the street your crane was parked on, and the accounts that renew on a date.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For tree service companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Shared leads go to four companies at once

A lead bought from a home services app is sold to whoever else paid for it, so you end up bidding against the uninsured crew again.

  • The neighbour who came out to watch is a lead

Three people on that street mentioned their own trees while the chipper was running, and none of it ever left the foreman's head.

  • Not this year is a date, not a no

A homeowner waiting on money still owns a dead oak, and a call in January reaches them before the first storm does.

What we do

What we deliver for tree service companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An estimate log with a chase date on every line

Every estimate recorded with the tree, the price, who decides and when it will be called about, instead of a pad left in the truck.

Result: Nobody gets one call and is then forgotten.

  2. A note for the houses either side of a job

A printed card and a short message for the neighbours who watched the crane, left the same day while the crew is still on the street.

Result: The street that saw the work knows who to call.

  3. A not this year list worked before the season

Everybody who said the money was not there, kept on one list with the tree and the month, contacted ahead of storm season rather than never.

Result: Deferred removals come back to you instead of going elsewhere.

  4. A first-contact routine that captures the tree

Address, species if they know it, a photograph and whether anything is touching the house, taken by whoever answers the phone or the form.

Result: You can price or decline before sending a truck out.

  5. An HOA and property manager list with renewal months

Boards, management companies and commercial properties in your radius, with who signs, what they spend and the month each contract comes up.

Result: You are asked to bid rather than hearing about it afterwards.

  6. Source recorded against every job won

Where each booked job came from, kept next to its value and reported monthly against the baseline taken before the work started.

Result: You stop guessing which channel paid for itself.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for tree service companies

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we go through last season's estimates. How many were written down, how many were chased, and what the win rate looked like against the cheapest bid?

  2. 2

    Put the credentials in front

Insurance certificates, arborist qualifications and photographs of real removals placed where a homeowner sees them before they think to ask.

  3. 3

    Write and chase the estimate

A same-day written estimate with photographs, and a follow-up routine that runs past the week the tree was looked at.

  4. 4

    Fill the calendar

Local search, storm pages, neighbourhood groups and advertising aimed at the homeowner in the months between storms.

  5. 5

    Build the contract work

Boards, property managers, builders and solar installers approached on a calendar, so the crews have work when the weather is dull.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Are the home services app leads worth buying?
For filling a slow week, sometimes. As a main source, no. The same enquiry goes to several companies, so you are competing on speed and price in the first ten minutes. Work out what a job from that source actually costs you before renewing.
We are booked solid after a storm. Why chase leads then?
Because storm week work is all removal, and it ends when the weather does. The pruning, cabling and health care enquiries that arrive in the same days are what carries you into the quiet months. Write them down while the phone is loud.
How do we stop losing bids to uninsured crews?
Put the proof in front of the homeowner before the price. A certificate of insurance attached to the estimate, and a line about what happens if a limb goes through a roof, does more than arguing about the other quote. Some homeowners will still take the cheap bid, and those were never your customers.
Storm weeks bring more work than we can do. Should we still advertise?
Yes, but not for removal. Advertising in a storm week is better spent on the work that gets scheduled later: pruning, plant health care and inspections. The emergency calls arrive anyway, and a crew already booked solid does not need more of them.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
