Water treatment solutions providers · CRM

Your record is a register of plants and their water, not a list of people.

A CRM for a water treatment company holds the site, its water source and test results, the plant installed with its capacity and make, the commissioning date, and when the membrane, resin or salt falls due. GullySales agrees those fields and gets the service team filling them after every visit.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

Realistic editorial illustration of water treatment solutions providers at work in India

For water treatment solutions providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The plant outlives the person who bought it”

The softener at a garment unit in Peenya will still be running when the manager who signed for it has changed jobs twice. Keep the site, the capacity, the make and the commissioning date against the address, and the account survives the people.

  • “The water analysis file is the best prospecting list in this business”

Source, hardness and dissolved solids for every site you have ever tested tells you which streets and which industrial blocks have bad borewell water. Nobody else in your city has that, and most companies throw it away.

  • “Consumable due dates are revenue sitting in a technician's head”

Membrane, resin and salt come due on their own clock whatever anybody remembers. If those dates are not on the record, the customer notices the water has changed before you do and rings a local technician.

  • “Who specified you belongs on the record”

Consulting engineer, builder, facility manager or an existing customer. Without that field you cannot tell which relationship produced this year's orders, so you keep visiting the wrong people.

What we do

What we deliver for water treatment solutions providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site record built around the address

Water source, test results, plant type, capacity, make, commissioning date and contract status held against the property rather than the contact.

Result: The account does not walk out with the facility manager.

  2. Consumable due dates on a working list

Membrane, resin, cartridge and salt schedules recorded at commissioning and updated at every service visit.

Result: Your team calls before the water changes.

  3. Service call history in the same record

Every complaint, visit, part replaced and resolution logged where sales can read it before a renewal conversation.

Result: Nobody quotes a renewal without knowing what went wrong last year.

  4. A searchable file of water test results

Every analysis you have taken, indexed by locality and source, so a pattern across an area can be seen and used.

Result: Prospecting starts from data you already own.

  5. Source recorded as a named referrer

The consulting engineer, builder or customer behind each enquiry entered at the point it arrives.

Result: You can rank the relationships that actually bring work.

  6. A short entry the technician completes on site

A handful of fields filled in before he leaves, rather than a form he is asked to remember at the end of the week.

Result: The record stays current enough to trust.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. 01 · First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for water treatment solutions providers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how clearly your site explains common water problems, how fast site surveys get scheduled, and where your enquiries currently come from.

  2. 2

Build trust with the right content

Pages that explain water problems in plain terms, and case studies from real installations a buyer can actually verify.

  3. 3

    Speed up survey and quote

A routine for scheduling a site visit within days of an enquiry, so a slow process never quietly loses a deal.

  4. 4

    Bring buyers in

Local search, content for specific problems and buyer types, and outreach to builders and facility managers.

  5. 5

    Keep the maintenance contract

Renewal reminders set well ahead of expiry, and a fast response routine for service calls that protects recurring revenue.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What must the technician enter after a service visit?
What he found, what he changed, the next due date and the reading if he took one. Four things, done on site. Ask for a paragraph and you will get nothing, and the next engineer to visit that plant will arrive knowing as little as he did.
Do we need software, or will a spreadsheet do?
A spreadsheet is fine for one town and a few hundred sites, provided one person owns it and the due dates are actually worked. The decision that matters is which fields you keep, not which tool holds them. Get the fields right first and the tool becomes a small question.
How do we compete against unbranded local installers on price?
Show the running cost over five years, not just the plant price. Membrane life, salt use, power and reject water add up, and a facility manager can compare those. A cheaper plant with no service record loses once the committee sees the whole picture.
Should we publish the water test reports from our installations?
Yes, with the customer's permission. A before-and-after report showing TDS and hardness against the IS 10500 drinking water limits is the proof a committee trusts. We remove the address unless the customer agrees to be named.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
