Water treatment solutions providers · Sales collateral

Hand over documents the consulting engineer can forward without rewriting them.

Sales collateral for a water treatment company is the paper the buyer circulates: the specification sheet for the plant, the laboratory analysis of their own water, and the comparison against the plant the other vendor quoted. GullySales writes and designs these from your real installations, so a consultant can pass them on as they are.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What sales collateral means

Sales collateral is the specific documents, such as a comparison sheet or a case study, a salesperson hands over or shares during a deal to support a claim made verbally. GullySales writes these to match the objections your sales team actually hears in the field.

For water treatment solutions providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The water-analysis report is the strongest document you own”

Hardness, TDS and iron measured from the buyer's own borewell, printed with your reading beside each figure, carries more weight than any claim about the technology.

  • “A consulting engineer forwards a document, he does not retype it”

On an apartment or hotel project the consultant sends your sheet to the committee himself. If it carries a sales headline across the top he lifts the numbers into his own note, and your name comes off the page.

  • “The buyer has two plants on the table, so write for that page”

Footprint, recovery percentage, power draw and what has to be replaced, stated plainly, let a facility manager set your system beside the other quote without ringing you to ask.

What we do

What we deliver for water treatment solutions providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A specification sheet per plant, written to be forwarded

One page for each system you sell, stating capacity, footprint, recovery, power and consumables, with no sales headline a consultant would have to remove.

Result: Your sheet reaches the committee with your name still on it.

  2. A format for presenting the water analysis

A standard layout for the buyer's own test results, with your reading of each figure and the recommended treatment set against it.

Result: The buyer sees his own water on paper before he sees a price.

  3. A side-by-side sheet against the competing plant

One page placing your system against the alternative being quoted, on the measures a facility manager or a consultant actually checks.

Result: The comparison is made on your sheet rather than in your absence.

  4. An approvals and compliance annexure

Test certificates, material approvals and the paperwork a Pollution Control Board file or a builder's handover pack asks for, kept together in one document.

Result: The document a builder asks for is not hunted for in old files.

  5. A maintenance contract scope document

A plain statement of what the AMC covers, what it excludes and who attends a breakdown, written so a committee can read it without a lawyer.

Result: The renewal conversation starts from a document both sides have read.

  6. A reissue step when a model or a certificate changes

A fixed point at which sheets are rewritten and the old ones withdrawn from phones and laptops, covering model changes, new approvals and consumable changes.

Result: Nobody sends a buyer a sheet for a plant you no longer supply.

How the result is measured

  • Collateral used per deal
  • Deals with supporting material
  • Win rate with collateral used

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. 01 · First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for water treatment solutions providers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how clearly your site explains common water problems, how fast site surveys get scheduled, and where your enquiries currently come from.

  2. 2

Build trust with the right content

Pages that explain water problems in plain terms, and case studies from real installations a buyer can actually verify.

  3. 3

    Speed up survey and quote

A routine for scheduling a site visit within days of an enquiry, so a slow process never quietly loses a deal.

  4. 4

    Bring buyers in

Local search, content for specific problems and buyer types, and outreach to builders and facility managers.

  5. 5

    Keep the maintenance contract

Renewal reminders set well ahead of expiry, and a fast response routine for service calls that protects recurring revenue.

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a printed brochure worth it when everything goes on WhatsApp?
Print a short one for the site visit and keep the rest as PDFs small enough to send. A facility manager reads the sheet on his phone in the plant room, so the file has to open there.
Can we name the buildings we have installed in?
Only with that customer's written permission, and name the property rather than attach a saving to it. A hotel or apartment complex that lets you use its name is worth more than a figure nobody can check.
How do we compete against unbranded local installers on price?
Show the running cost over five years, not just the plant price. Membrane life, salt use, power and reject water add up, and a facility manager can compare those. A cheaper plant with no service record loses once the committee sees the whole picture.
Should we publish the water test reports from our installations?
Yes, with the customer's permission. A before-and-after report showing TDS and hardness against the IS 10500 drinking water limits is the proof a committee trusts. We remove the address unless the customer agrees to be named.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
