Lash studios · Local SEO

Be the studio that appears when someone nearby searches for lashes tonight.

Local SEO for a lash studio is the work that gets your listing into the map results shown when someone searches for lash extensions near them. GullySales works on the listing, the photographs and the reviews that decide who sits in those few places.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For lash studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The client picks from a map of three”

A person searching on the phone sees a few listings with a rating, a distance and a photograph. The studio with clear lash close-ups and a fresh review wins the tap over a studio with a logo and no pictures.

  • “Reviews read as a verdict on safety”

A review that says the eyes stayed comfortable or that the set fell out in days is read closely by every nervous first-timer. A handful of detailed reviews moves the choice more than a high star rating with no words.

  • “Home studios and chair-rental artists vanish”

An artist working from home or from a rented chair in a salon may not have a listing the platform accepts. Without a correct address and a service area, the artist is invisible near the very clients who live around.

  • “Wrong hours lose the evening client”

A lash client books after work. A listing that shows closed at the hour the client searches drops out, and a studio that lists its last appointment, not its closing time, gets the booking.

What we do

What we deliver for lash studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A verified listing with services entered

Every service named, with its description, so the listing shows lashes, lifts and tints rather than a general beauty label.

Result: The profile reads as a lash studio.

  2. Close-up photographs chosen with care

A set of photographs showing style, curl and finish, taken in good light, with no client's face shown without consent.

Result: The listing shows work a client can judge.

  3. A review request that fits the long visit

A message sent after the appointment and again at the infill, with the link ready, asking what the client noticed about comfort and care.

Result: Reviews describe the experience, not only a star.

  4. Replies to every review

A written reply to each comment, with a calm and specific answer to any complaint about retention or irritation.

Result: A reader sees how the studio handles a problem.

  5. Service area and hours checked

The address, the area served and the hours set to match when appointments run, including special days.

Result: The listing matches the diary.

  6. Calls and direction requests read off the listing

The profile's own counts, set against a baseline taken before the work started.

Result: You see whether the listing brought anyone in.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these lash studios.

  • Dedicated lash extension studios
  • Lash lift and tint specialists
  • Studios that combine lashes with brows and threading
  • Salon-based lash technicians who rent a chair
  • Home-based lash artists by appointment
  • Lash academies and training studios
  • Bridal lash artists who work with makeup artists
  • Premium studios with volume and mega-volume sets

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can a home-based lash artist have a listing?
It depends on the platform's current rules for businesses without a public address. Check them before setting up. Where a listing is allowed, use a service area, and keep the name and details the same on every page.
Should we show clients' faces in photographs?
Only with written permission, and some clients prefer not to appear. Close-ups of the lashes alone show the work. Keep a record of consent for any face that is shown.
Do we need a separate listing for each technician?
Normally the studio has one listing and the technicians appear on the website. A rented chair inside a salon is different, and the salon's listing and the artist's may need to be set up so they do not clash.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
