Lash studios · Website

Give the nervous client a page that shows the work, the care and the booking button.

A website for a lash studio is the home base that shows styles, explains safety and takes bookings, so a client does not depend on a social feed. GullySales plans the pages and the booking route around the questions a first-timer asks.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For lash studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A gallery without context does not convert”

Pictures of lashes show skill, but a visitor also wants the slot length, the price range and the maintenance. A page that pairs each style with these answers a booking question, where a gallery leaves it open.

  • “Safety information is the page read first”

A first-timer looks for the patch test, the hygiene routine and the technician's training. A site that hides these in a footer loses the cautious client to a studio that puts them up front.

  • “The mobile visitor is the visitor”

Clients arrive from Instagram and the map on a phone. A slow page, a tiny button or a long form sends them back to the app they came from, so the booking button must stay in reach as the visitor scrolls.

  • “Technician pages hold the following”

Clients choose an artist. A page for each technician with their style, work and booking link lets a client book the person they trust, and keeps the audience with the studio.

What we do

What we deliver for lash studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each service

Classic, hybrid, volume, lift and tint, infill and removal, each with slot length, price range and a booking button.

Result: Each service can be found and booked.

  2. A safety and aftercare section

Patch-test explanation, hygiene steps and care instructions, linked from every service page.

Result: Care is visible before booking.

  3. Technician profiles

A short page per artist with training, preferred styles and a gallery.

Result: Clients can pick a person.

  4. A booking route that works on a phone

A short form or link to the booking tool, with deposit wording and a WhatsApp option.

Result: A visitor books without leaving.

  5. A gallery with captions

Photographs labelled by style and eye shape, with consent for any face shown.

Result: Work is shown and explained.

  6. Pages for the listing and social links

Links to the map listing, reviews and social accounts, kept consistent with the site.

Result: The site and profiles back each other up.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website if we have Instagram?
Yes. Instagram can change or lose reach overnight, and a search for 'lash studio near me' lands on sites and listings. The site is the place you own.
Should the site show prices?
Show a range or a starting price with what it covers. Hiding prices sends the price-sensitive client to a competitor who shows them, and an honest range filters enquiries.
Can the site take deposits?
Yes, through a payment provider in ordinary use in India, set up with your bank. Write the deposit and cancellation terms clearly before the client pays.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
