Lash studios · Social media

Show the craft in close-up and send every viewer to a booking.

Social media marketing for a lash studio is the use of Instagram and short video to show technique, build a technician's following and move viewers to the booking route. GullySales plans what is posted, who is shown and how a comment becomes an appointment.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For lash studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A close-up is the product”

Lash work is judged at a few centimetres. A reel of isolation, application and the finished set tells a viewer more than a styled flat-lay, and a still of a set in poor light tells them to look elsewhere.

  • “The following belongs to the technician”

Clients follow an artist, not a studio. When the artist posts from a personal account the audience leaves with them, so the studio account needs the technicians shown by name and the best work stored on the studio's own page.

  • “Before-and-after posts raise privacy and honesty questions”

A client's eyes can be recognised, and a set photographed in flattering light may mislead. Ask permission, show the real light and avoid claims about what the set will do to natural lashes.

  • “Comments ask the price and then go quiet”

Viewers write 'price?' under a reel and never get a clear answer. The post needs a pinned line, a link or an automatic reply that points to the booking route and the slot length for that style.

What we do

What we deliver for lash studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan built on the studio's services

Posts and reels for each style, for lifts and tints, for infill and for aftercare, planned around the technicians who do the work.

Result: The account shows every service, not just one.

  2. A shot list for lash close-ups

Where to stand, which light to use and how to film isolation and application, so any technician can film a clean reel.

Result: The studio can film its own work.

  3. Technician profiles

A feature for each artist with their style, their training and the sets they like to do, kept on the studio's page.

Result: Followers know the artist before they book.

  4. A consent note for client photographs

A short form that says how a photograph will be used, signed before any picture is posted.

Result: You hold permission for every image shown.

  5. Pinned replies and booking links

A standard reply to price questions and a link on every post, so a comment turns into an enquiry.

    Result: Comments lead somewhere.

  6. A look at what brought bookings

Posts compared with enquiries that became appointments, so the next plan favours what filled the diary.

Result: Content is judged by bookings, not by likes.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

This is written for these lash studios.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we post every day?
Post at a rhythm the studio can keep. A few good reels beat daily weak ones. What matters is that each post shows real work and ends with a way to book.
Can we use influencers?
A local beauty creator can show the studio to people nearby. Agree the terms in writing and check the platform's current rules on disclosing paid posts. Do not pay for health claims about the product.
What if a technician wants to post only from a personal account?
Agree who owns the audience before it grows. Keep a studio account tagged in every post, and ask the technician to link the booking route in their profile so enquiries reach the diary.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
