Piercing studios · Social media

Show the needle, the room and the jewellery tray before showing a single finished ear.

Social media marketing for a piercing studio is using Instagram and short video to let a young or nervous customer see the room, the process and the piercer before booking. GullySales works on what you post, how you reply to messages and how the page leads to a booking.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For piercing studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The feed is read as a hygiene check”

A visitor scrolls your profile asking one thing: is this clean. Rows of finished ears say nothing about that. A pinned reel of a sealed needle being opened and a gloved piercer at work says it in seconds.

  • “Faces and ears need consent, every time”

A customer's ear or face in a post is theirs to approve. Posting without written permission harms trust, and a minor's image needs a parent's agreement. A simple consent line in the booking message settles it before the day.

  • “The direct message is where the sale happens”

Reels get views; the booking comes from the reply. A studio that answers 'how much' with silence for a day loses the person to the next profile. Saved replies for the usual questions keep answers instant and calm.

  • “Trends bring the wrong crowd”

A viral piercing style fills the inbox with people who want a look the studio does not do, or the jewellery it does not stock. Choosing which trends to join, and saying so on the page, keeps the enquiries relevant.

What we do

What we deliver for piercing studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A pinned set of trust reels

Short videos of the sealed needle, the sterilising area and a piercing from setup to aftercare, with consent.

Result: The top of your profile answers the cleanliness question.

  2. A posting plan around real piercings

Posts built around the piercings you do best and the jewellery in stock, not around generic salon content.

Result: Your feed shows what you sell.

  3. Saved replies for the common questions

Written answers to price, pain, age and aftercare questions that the counter pastes and adjusts.

Result: Anyone on shift replies in your voice.

  4. A consent line for photos

One sentence in the booking message and a form at the counter that records permission to post.

Result: Every posted ear has a consent record behind it.

  5. Profile links that go to booking

The profile link pointing to a booking message or a page for the piercing shown, not to a general home page.

Result: A viewer reaches a booking in one tap.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these piercing studios.

  • Ear piercing studios for adults and teenagers
  • Kids' ear piercing studios and baby-friendly rooms
  • Cartilage and helix piercing specialists
  • Nose piercing studios for nostril and septum work
  • Navel and body piercing studios
  • Piercing counters inside tattoo studios
  • Mall kiosks and studios in jewellery stores
  • Body jewellery boutiques that pierce on site

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform matters for a piercing studio?
Instagram is where younger customers judge you, and a Google Maps listing is where they come ready to book. Start where your own enquiries already come from, then add the other.
Can we post pictures of children being pierced?
Only with a parent's written agreement, and some studios choose never to. Advertising rules for health-related services differ by profession and state, so check with your own adviser before posting any child's image.
Should we run paid promotion on reels?
Promote a reel only after it has earned attention on its own and the booking route behind it works. Check the platform's current rules on promoting body-related services before spending.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
