Piercing studios · Website

A piercing studio's website is a trust page with a price list and a booking button.

A website for a piercing studio is a short site that proves cleanliness, shows the piercings and jewellery with honest prices and gives a way to book. GullySales works on the structure, the wording and the photographs, built around what a nervous visitor needs to see.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For piercing studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor arrives with one doubt”

A person opening your site from Maps or Instagram wants to know the needle is new and the room is clean. If the first screen is a stylish banner, the doubt remains. A hygiene section near the top answers it at once.

  • “Price and jewellery belong on one line”

A page that lists the piercing fee alone looks like a lure. Showing the service with two jewellery choices and the total on a single line treats the visitor as an adult and keeps them reading.

  • “Visitors browse on a phone, one-handed”

Customers browse standing in a mall or lying in bed. Large tap targets, short pages and a visible call or message button matter more than animation. A slow, heavy site loses the visit before the first photograph loads.

  • “A parent needs a page of their own”

A parent deciding on a child's first piercing wants to read the day's steps, the consent rule and the aftercare in one place. A dedicated page lets them decide without phoning, and tells other visitors the studio is careful.

What we do

What we deliver for piercing studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A short site map built for the visit

Home, one page per piercing, jewellery, hygiene, children's piercing, aftercare, price list and contact.

Result: Each question a visitor has has a page.

  2. A hygiene section with your own photographs

Your sterile setup, needles and jewellery material shown in your room, written in plain words.

Result: The visitor sees the real studio.

  3. A price list with service and jewellery together

Piercing fees paired with jewellery options and totals in rupees.

Result: The price on the page is the price at the counter.

  4. A booking button that reaches a person

A WhatsApp or call button on every page, linked to the number the counter answers.

Result: Booking takes one tap from any page.

  5. A mobile-first build

Pages tested on ordinary phones and slow connections, with compressed photographs.

Result: The site opens on the phone in the mall.

  6. A tracked enquiry source

Simple counts of calls, taps and messages from the site, noted against bookings.

Result: You see whether the site sends customers.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these piercing studios.

  • Ear piercing studios for adults and teenagers
  • Kids' ear piercing studios and baby-friendly rooms
  • Cartilage and helix piercing specialists
  • Nose piercing studios for nostril and septum work
  • Navel and body piercing studios
  • Piercing counters inside tattoo studios
  • Mall kiosks and studios in jewellery stores
  • Body jewellery boutiques that pierce on site

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we manage the website ourselves?
Yes. We build it so the counter can change prices, photographs and hours without a developer, and we keep the structure fixed so edits do not break pages.
Do we need an online shop for jewellery?
Not at the start. A clear catalogue with prices and a message button is enough for a studio, and a shop can follow if you want to sell jewellery by post. Check the rules for selling online before you start.
What about customer photographs on the site?
Use them only with written permission, and for a minor only with a parent's agreement. Advertising rules for health-related services differ by profession and state, so check with your own adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.
