Spas · Account based marketing
Pitch the HR team at the office park before they sign with a competing spa.
Account-based marketing for a spa means targeting a named list of companies, business parks and hotels for a corporate wellness tie-up. It replaces one broad campaign aimed at anonymous walk-in customers. GullySales builds the list, the pitch and the follow-up that turns an HR manager's enquiry into a standing monthly contract.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What account based marketing means
Account based marketing is picking a short list of specific companies you want as customers. It runs marketing aimed only at the people who decide there, instead of a broad campaign for anyone. GullySales builds this list after the first conversation and writes content aimed at each named account rather than a general offer.

For spas
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“A named list, not a boosted post”
Ten IT parks and three large offices within delivery distance are worth more sustained effort than another Instagram boost aimed at nobody in particular. Each one gets its own outreach to the HR or admin contact.
“The pitch is a package, not a brochure”
An HR manager wants a fixed monthly cost for a set number of chair massages or facials per employee. A general description of your treatments does not close this deal, so the pitch needs a package and a price before the first call ends.
“One signed office renews for years”
A single corporate wellness contract with a hundred-employee office fills slow weekday afternoons for the length of the contract. A good first quarter is the strongest argument for renewal at the same desk.
What we do
What we deliver for spas.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
List of offices and hotels within delivery reach
A named list of nearby IT parks, offices and hotels worth a direct corporate wellness pitch, built from your location and capacity.
Result: Outreach goes to companies that could actually become a contract.
Corporate wellness package with a fixed monthly price
A package stating a set number of chair massages or facials per month at one price, ready to quote on the first call.
Result: An HR manager gets a number to take to their own approval.
Pitch document and follow-up sequence for HR contacts
A short pitch document and a follow-up schedule for the HR or admin contact at each named account.
Result: An interested HR manager is not left to remember to call back.
Onboarding checklist for a signed corporate account
A written process for scheduling employee sessions once an office signs, so the contract starts smoothly from week one.
Result: A new corporate client sees the service working from the first booking.
Report on named-account outreach
A report against your baseline showing which named accounts were contacted, responded and converted to a contract.
Result: The owner sees which outreach is actually turning into signed offices.
How the result is measured
- Accounts engaged
- Meetings secured per account
- Accounts converted to customers
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
Corporate wellness proposal
State these six things in every corporate wellness proposal for an office.
HR will compare your page with another spa's. The proposal that answers the practical questions without a call is the one that gets forwarded to the finance head.
- Treatments suited to an office
- List the ones that work for a working day, such as head and shoulder, foot and chair massage, with the duration of each. Leave out treatments that need a full table or a long recovery.
- Where it happens
- Say whether staff come to the spa or therapists visit the office. For a visit, list what you need: a quiet room, a power point, and space for linen and a hygiene routine.
- Price and what it includes
- Show one price per session or per package, with GST, set by you in advance. State what each includes, so HR does not have to ask what the number covers.
- How staff book and cancel
- Give one WhatsApp number and one booking process HR can forward to staff. Say how a cancelled slot is handled so that weekday afternoon slots are not left empty.
- Therapists and hygiene
- State that therapists are trained and certified where that is true, and describe the linen and sanitation routine in a few lines. Customers ask whether a spa is genuine, and so does HR.
- Who pays
- Offer options: the company pays in full, shares the cost, or staff pay a stated corporate rate. Ask HR which they prefer before drafting the proposal, not after.

How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
How the account based marketing work runs
- 1
Understand the target market
We agree what a good account looks like: size, sector, buying pattern, and how many you can realistically work at once.
- 2
Audit the current pipeline
We check which target accounts your sales team already has a foot in, so effort is not duplicated on a relationship that exists.
- 3
Build and score the list
Named accounts are ranked by fit and signal, and the first batch is agreed with sales before any outreach begins.
- 4
Research and create
Each account gets its own research brief and a short piece of content built around its situation.
- 5
Run coordinated outreach
Marketing and sales contact the account in a planned sequence rather than separately and at random.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
