Spas · WhatsApp marketing
Answer the nine o'clock booking question before the spa opens.
WhatsApp is where a spa's bookings and price questions arrive, mostly in the evening after the front desk has gone home. GullySales sets up the business account, writes the replies that hold a slot, and keeps the broadcasts down to the few a customer will tolerate.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means
WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For spas
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“Discretion matters more here than in most trades”
A message about a massage sits in a phone somebody else may pick up. Keep the account name plain, the confirmations short, and send no photograph nobody asked for.
“The evening enquiry is about tomorrow”
Somebody messaging at nine wants to know if there is a slot at eleven. An automatic reply with tomorrow's open hours books more than any offer would.
“A weekday offer goes to a list, not to everyone”
The people worth telling about a quiet Tuesday are past customers living a few kilometres away. A broadcast to every number you ever collected gets the account reported.
What we do
What we deliver for spas.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
WhatsApp Business set up with treatments, durations and rates
A catalogue of treatments and packages showing how long each takes and what it costs, on a number the spa owns rather than a personal phone.
Result: A price question is answered before anyone types.
An away message that offers tomorrow's slots
An automatic reply outside opening hours giving the next day's availability and asking for the treatment and preferred time.
Result: An evening enquiry is half-booked by morning.
Ready replies that hold a slot
Written responses confirming a time, the therapist where one is requested, and what to arrive ready for, used by whoever is on the desk.
Result: An enquiry becomes an appointment in the same chat.
Discreet messaging rules the desk follows
A plain account name, confirmations without treatment detail where the customer prefers it, and no unsolicited images.
Result: A customer is never embarrassed by a message from you.
Lists split by locality and visit history, with consent recorded
Past customers grouped for weekday offers and package reminders, with a recorded yes and an easy way to stop.
Result: The offer reaches people who could actually come at three on a Tuesday.
A handful of broadcasts a year
A quiet-hours offer, a seasonal message and a package reminder, and nothing beyond a customer's own booking.
Result: People stay on the list and keep reading.
Enquiries, bookings and reply time against the baseline
How many enquiries arrived in the chat, how fast they were answered and how many became appointments, measured against the baseline recorded before work started.
Result: You can see whether the evening messages are being converted.
How the result is measured
- Messages delivered
- Reply rate
- Enquiries from WhatsApp
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
What must be in place first
What a spa sets up before sending anything beyond a booking confirmation.
If you describe ayurvedic treatments, keep the wording to what the treatment is, not what it cures.
- A front-desk number for the spa
- Register WhatsApp Business on a number the spa owns, shown on the board, the bill and the Maps listing. Do not let therapists collect client numbers on their own phones; a therapist who leaves takes the clients.
- Consent at check-in
- Add to the intake card: 'May we send you booking reminders and the occasional offer on WhatsApp?' Record yes or no. Guests who only asked a price in the evening have not agreed to offers.
- Menu as the catalogue
- List each treatment with duration, what it involves and the price, matching the board at the desk. Name hygiene points, such as fresh linen and single-use items, if they are your practice. Avoid health claims.
- Discreet wording for every message
- Reminders say 'your appointment at the spa on Saturday' with the time and no treatment name. Phones are shared in families, and a message about a body treatment can embarrass a guest.
- Templates and the open window
- A reminder or a weekday offer you start yourself needs an approved template. A reply to a guest's message does not. Check WhatsApp's current business policy and pricing before planning how many offers go out.
- Lists by visit pattern, with an exit
- Split opted-in guests by locality and by weekday or weekend visits. Offer weekday slots to the first group only, and end every message with a reply word to stop. Honour it at once.

How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
How the whatsapp marketing work runs
- 1
Understand current WhatsApp use
We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.
- 2
Audit common questions
We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.
- 3
Set up automation and templates
An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.
- 4
Connect to the CRM
Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.
- 5
Measure and optimise
We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
One office, and we say so
