Yoga and pilates studios · Sales enablement

Give staff the membership options and answers ready at the front desk.

Sales enablement for a yoga or pilates studio means equipping front-desk staff with clear membership options and ready objection answers. GullySales builds these so staff can use them right after a trial class ends.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What sales enablement means

Sales enablement is giving a sales team the tools it needs to sell, such as scripts, brochures, pricing sheets and a working CRM, rather than teaching a skill. GullySales builds and keeps these tools current so a salesperson is never explaining a product from memory alone.

For yoga and pilates studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A simple membership comparison sheet helps”

Staff able to explain options quickly, without confusion, close more trial students than those improvising each time.

  • “Common objections have prepared responses”

A ready answer to concerns about time commitment or cost keeps the conversation confident and consistent.

  • “Referral and corporate material stays ready too”

A simple referral offer or corporate wellness proposal saves time when the opportunity comes up.

What we do

What we deliver for yoga and pilates studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Membership comparison sheet

A simple, printed or digital sheet setting membership options side by side for a quick, clear conversation.

Result: A student decides faster because the choice is easy to see.

  2. Objection answer card

A short reference of ready responses to common concerns about time commitment and cost.

Result: Staff answer confidently instead of pausing to think.

  3. Corporate wellness proposal template

A ready document for an HR contact covering scheduling, pricing and logistics.

Result: A corporate enquiry receives a proposal without delay.

  4. Referral offer material

A simple, printed explanation of the referral offer for staff to hand to an interested member.

Result: A member understands the referral offer well enough to use it.

  5. Front-desk handover checklist

A short checklist covering what to say and offer right after a trial class ends.

Result: Whoever is at the desk after a trial class says the same things about batches and fees.

How the result is measured

  • Tools in active use
  • Time to onboard a new salesperson
  • Consistency of pitch across the team

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What your front desk carries

Give the desk one card per membership and one for the questions beginners ask.

Membership comparison card
Drop-in, class pack, term and annual passes with the classes each allows, the freeze rule and what a trial costs. The studio manager updates it when the timetable or prices change.
Beginner suitability sheet
Tells a caller which class fits a first-timer, a desk worker or someone returning after injury, and when to see a doctor first. The head instructor writes it and makes no treatment claims.
Trial class script
What to say at booking: what to wear, when to arrive, mat hire and the health questions. The desk reads the same words to every caller.
Objection answer card
Replies to 'I am not flexible enough', 'I cannot commit' and 'online is cheaper'. The head instructor approves them so no answer overstates what a class does.
Corporate proposal template
Group size, location, class type, instructor, invoicing and GST on one page. The studio manager fills it for each office enquiry.
Referral offer card
What a member receives for bringing a friend, with the terms in plain words. The owner signs it so the desk never invents an offer.

Who it is for

This is written for these yoga and pilates studios.

  • Hatha and traditional yoga studios
  • Power yoga and fitness-focused studios
  • Reformer and mat pilates studios
  • Prenatal and postnatal yoga specialists
  • Corporate wellness and workplace yoga providers
  • Yoga teacher training institutes
  • Hybrid online and in-studio yoga platforms
  • Multi-branch yoga and pilates chains

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The studio has not fixed its pass options and prices, so the desk would be handed material that changes.
  • Only the owner handles enquiries and has no wish to share the work, so the material would sit unused.

How it works

How the sales enablement work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit what exists

We collect the material from managers, reps, shared drives and chat groups, and mark what is current, outdated or duplicated.

  2. 2

    Organise the library

Assets are grouped by stage of the sale and by buyer type, named by one rule and placed where reps already work.

  3. 3

    Fill the gaps

We interview your best reps and managers and build the missing battle cards, answers and guides.

  4. 4

    Build the onboarding pathway

New hires get a clear order of material to cover, linked to your sales stages and the tools they will use.

  5. 5

Assign owners and keep it current

Each asset gets an owner and a review rule, and triggers such as a price change or a new competitor prompt an update.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who maintains this material?
Usually a studio manager, updated whenever membership pricing or options change.
How is this different from marketing content?
This material is built for a live, in-person conversation, not public browsing.
How should the desk handle health questions from a new caller?
The desk is not a medical adviser. Ask the standard health form questions, pass any answer that raises a concern to the instructor and suggest the caller checks with their doctor first. The instructor then decides which class suits them.
What should the desk say to a member who wants to freeze or cancel?
Read the freeze and cancellation terms from the membership card, offer a freeze if the card allows it and ask what changed. Record the reason for the instructor and manager. A clear rule on the card avoids an argument at the desk.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
