Auto parts and accessories dealers · Lead generation

Answer the part photo before the mechanic sends it to the next counter.

For a parts dealer the enquiry is a photograph on WhatsApp and the answer is a race. GullySales names who holds the parts phone each shift, sets the questions asked before a price is quoted, and builds the visit plan for garages that do not buy from you yet.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For auto parts and accessories dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The order goes to whoever replies in two minutes

The mechanic is standing under a lifted car with three chats open. Second place is worth nothing here.

  • A photograph of a worn part is not a part number

Model, year and variant have to be asked before a price is quoted, or the wrong box goes out and the garage tries somebody else next time.

  • Silence on an out-of-stock part loses the whole account

Say when it can be there, or offer the brand you do hold. No reply reads as no interest.

What we do

What we deliver for auto parts and accessories dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A named person on the parts phone in every shift

Who answers between opening and lunch, and who takes it after, written on the board, so the phone is never everybody's job and nobody's.

Result: Messages stop sitting unread during the busy hour.

  2. Three questions asked before any price goes out

Model, year and variant, with the chassis number asked for the parts where it matters, written as a saved reply the counter can send in one tap.

Result: Fewer wrong parts come back and fewer garages drift away.

  3. A written reply for the part you do not have

A saved message giving the arrival time, the alternative brand you stock and the price for each, instead of the silence most counters give.

Result: The garage waits for you instead of calling around.

  4. A street-by-street plan for garages you do not supply

A list of workshops inside your delivery radius, the route to cover them, what to leave behind and when to call after the first order.

Result: New accounts open in a pattern rather than by luck.

  5. A fleet proposal for cab and transport operators

A written offer covering tyre and battery rates, monthly billing with GST invoices, on-site checks and the person they call, aimed at operators nearby.

Result: Larger repeat orders land on a schedule.

  6. An enquiry register with reply times in it

Every call and message noted with the source, the part asked for, what was quoted and how long the reply took, reviewed at the end of each week.

Result: You can see the orders lost to a slow phone.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for auto parts and accessories dealers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how garage and customer enquiries arrive, how fast they are answered, how visible you are for your brands and tyre sizes, and which accounts are slipping.

  2. 2

    Fix the parts reply

A WhatsApp parts desk with quick replies and a clear owner for every enquiry during counter hours.

  3. 3

    Show what you stock

A complete Maps profile, pages by tyre size and model, and proof of genuine, authorised stock.

  4. 4

    Grow the accounts

Garage visits, fleet proposals and seasonal campaigns for tyres and accessories.

  5. 5

    Keep them buying

An account register with monthly reviews, credit tracking and a call when a regular garage buys less.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our counter is busiest exactly when messages come in. What do we do?
Split the roles. One person serves the counter, another holds the phone, and the two swap at a fixed hour. Trying to do both loses the one who is not standing in front of you.
Is it worth quoting to a garage that only ever checks prices?
Quote once, note it, and watch. The register shows who buys and who shops, and after a month you know which visits deserve your time.
How do we compete with online parts and accessory sellers?
On things online cannot do well: same-day availability, fitting, warranty handling and a person to call when something goes wrong. We make those visible in your listing and give your counter staff a clear way to explain them.
Can we advertise tyre brands we sell?
Yes, as an authorised or stocking dealer, though some tyre companies have rules for dealer signage and advertising. We check the brand's guidelines with you before using their logos or offers.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
