GullySales

Auto parts and accessories dealers · Digital marketing

Serve the counter trade and the walk-in driver without mixing them up.

A parts shop runs two businesses: the garage trade on credit and the retail customer paying cash today. Each is reached differently. GullySales writes the plan that splits them, times the spend to the monsoon and the festival season, and reports each month on what the trade counter and the retail counter each brought in.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For auto parts and accessories dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Two counters, two kinds of marketing

Garages are won by a visit and a fast phone. Drivers are won on Maps and Instagram. Spending the same way on both wastes half the money.

  • Your year already has its dates

Tyres and wipers before the rains, accessories before Diwali, batteries when the cold mornings start. The calendar is written by the weather, not by you.

  • Nobody in the shop has an hour free at four in the afternoon

So the posting, the replies and the review requests need a fixed slot, usually early morning, and one name against them.

What we do

What we deliver for auto parts and accessories dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan that separates trade from retail

What is being done to grow garage and fleet accounts, what is being done for walk-in customers, and the budget and owner for each side.

Result: Neither half of the business is run on leftovers.

  2. A season calendar with the work placed in it

Pre-monsoon tyre checks, festival accessory offers, fleet outreach before their budget month and battery season, each with the week the work starts.

Result: Campaigns begin before the demand does.

  3. One person, one hour, written into the day

A named person for the phone, the profile and the posts, with the hour fixed at opening time before the counter fills.

Result: The work happens on a busy day too.

  4. A monthly report split by counter

Enquiries and orders from garages, fleets and retail separately, with reply times and the sources that produced them, against the baseline recorded at the start.

Result: You can see which counter is actually growing.

  5. A quarterly decision on what to stop

A review of each channel against the orders it brought, with a written decision to continue, change or drop it.

Result: Money moves to what is working.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for auto parts and accessories dealers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how garage and customer enquiries arrive, how fast they are answered, how visible you are for your brands and tyre sizes, and which accounts are slipping.

  2. 2

    Fix the parts reply

A WhatsApp parts desk with quick replies and a clear owner for every enquiry during counter hours.

  3. 3

    Show what you stock

A complete Maps profile, pages by tyre size and model, and proof of genuine, authorised stock.

  4. 4

    Grow the accounts

Garage visits, fleet proposals and seasonal campaigns for tyres and accessories.

  5. 5

    Keep them buying

An account register with monthly reviews, credit tracking and a call when a regular garage buys less.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We are a small shop. Which one thing should we do first?
The Business Profile and the WhatsApp reply. Together they cost almost nothing and they fix the two places where most shops lose the customer.
Should we sell on a marketplace as well?
Only if you can hold the margin after commission and returns. For most counters the money is in garage accounts and fitting work, which no marketplace can take from you.
How do we compete with online parts and accessory sellers?
On things online cannot do well: same-day availability, fitting, warranty handling and a person to call when something goes wrong. We make those visible in your listing and give your counter staff a clear way to explain them.
Can we advertise tyre brands we sell?
Yes, as an authorised or stocking dealer, though some tyre companies have rules for dealer signage and advertising. We check the brand's guidelines with you before using their logos or offers.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
