Auto parts and accessories dealers · Pay per click advertising

Buy the tyre size search inside the few kilometres people will drive.

Paid search for a parts and accessories shop works on urgency and distance. A worn tyre, a dead battery or a new car to fit out gets searched once and bought that day. GullySales runs tight campaigns by size and brand, sends the click to WhatsApp, and switches sizes off when the rack is empty.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For auto parts and accessories dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Nobody drives across the city for a battery

A radius of a few kilometres around your shop beats a city-wide campaign, because the buyer wants it fitted before evening.

  • Advertising a size you do not have costs you twice

You pay for the click and the buyer goes to the next shop and stays there.

  • The same words pull in people wanting a dealership

Distributorship enquiries, wholesale rate hunters and job seekers all click the phrase auto parts, and each one costs the same as a customer.

What we do

What we deliver for auto parts and accessories dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns by size, brand and battery fitment

Separate campaigns for the tyre sizes, battery types and accessory lines worth advertising, so a search for one thing does not trigger an advert about everything.

Result: The advert names what the person typed.

  2. Click-to-WhatsApp adverts that open with the enquiry

Adverts that open a chat with the size or the model already written in the first message, which suits a buyer who does not want to talk yet.

Result: The enquiry arrives on the phone your counter already watches.

  3. A radius drawn around the shop, not the city

Targeting set to the distance a driver will travel for a fitting, with the busy roads and nearby localities named rather than left to a default.

Result: You stop paying for clicks from the other end of town.

  4. A negative list for the trade searches

Dealership, distributorship, wholesale rate, price list PDF, jobs, salary and second-hand, added before launch and topped up from the search terms report.

    Result: The budget reaches buyers.

  5. A stock rule before a size is advertised

A short weekly check with the counter on which advertised sizes and batteries are in the rack, with anything out of stock paused until it arrives.

Result: Everybody who calls can be served.

  6. Calls and chats counted as enquiries

Call tracking on the advert number and a note of each WhatsApp enquiry, with fitments recorded against them so the cost per job is visible.

Result: You can tell whether the advertising paid for itself.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for auto parts and accessories dealers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how garage and customer enquiries arrive, how fast they are answered, how visible you are for your brands and tyre sizes, and which accounts are slipping.

  2. 2

    Fix the parts reply

A WhatsApp parts desk with quick replies and a clear owner for every enquiry during counter hours.

  3. 3

    Show what you stock

A complete Maps profile, pages by tyre size and model, and proof of genuine, authorised stock.

  4. 4

    Grow the accounts

Garage visits, fleet proposals and seasonal campaigns for tyres and accessories.

  5. 5

    Keep them buying

An account register with monthly reviews, credit tracking and a call when a regular garage buys less.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the advert mention price at all?
Only where you are genuinely close. Otherwise the advert carries the fitting, the warranty handling and the fact that the part is on the shelf today. A buyer comparing on price alone was never going to visit the shop.
What should a small shop spend?
Enough to hold the sizes and brands you stock deeply, in a small radius, during counter hours. A thin budget spread across every product buys nothing visible.
How do we compete with online parts and accessory sellers?
On things online cannot do well: same-day availability, fitting, warranty handling and a person to call when something goes wrong. We make those visible in your listing and give your counter staff a clear way to explain them.
Can we advertise tyre brands we sell?
Yes, as an authorised or stocking dealer, though some tyre companies have rules for dealer signage and advertising. We check the brand's guidelines with you before using their logos or offers.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
