Auto repair shops · Follow up systems

Chase the brake job the customer told you to leave until next time.

Follow-up for a garage is what happens to the work a customer declined, the call nobody answered and the estimate waiting on approval while the car sits in a bay. GullySales builds the callback list, the wording for the approval message and the written rule that says when to stop.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What follow up systems means

A follow-up system is the set routine for calling, messaging or emailing an enquiry more than once, since most buyers do not decide on the first conversation. GullySales sets the number and timing of follow-ups so an undecided buyer keeps hearing from you until they decide either way.

For auto repair shops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The job card already tells you what to chase”

Every job card carries work the driver put off: the worn brake pads, the suspension bush, the AC service left for summer. Nobody reads that list back out three months later.

  • “Missed calls come in exactly when the workshop is busiest”

A driver who rings at two in the afternoon and gets no answer rings the next garage on the Maps list. Pull the unanswered numbers off the phone before you lock up.

  • “A car waiting on approval is a bay you cannot use”

The mechanic finds a cracked mounting and the owner does not pick up. Send the photograph with the price and the answer comes back in a line.

What we do

What we deliver for auto repair shops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A declined-work list pulled off the job cards

The work a driver put off, written at the counter with the date and the odometer reading, ready to be called when it actually comes due.

Result: The brake job you were told to leave becomes a booking.

  2. Missed calls worked as a list, not from memory

Unanswered numbers taken off the workshop phone once the last car is out, with the time each call came in, so somebody rings back before the driver books elsewhere.

Result: A call you could not take still turns into a job.

  3. Approval wording with the photograph attached

What to send when extra work is found mid-job: the picture of the part, the price, and what happens if it is left alone.

Result: The bay is free by evening instead of held overnight.

  4. A second contact on a denting and painting quote

The quote restated in writing with what the price covers, whether the panel is being replaced or beaten out, and the paint warranty.

Result: Your quote is the one the driver can compare properly.

  5. Insurance claim chasing, kept separate from retail

A different routine for a job waiting on a surveyor visit, a claim number or a document from the customer, because none of that is chased like a quote.

Result: A claim job stops sitting in the yard waiting on nobody in particular.

  6. A written stop rule

How many attempts, on which channel, and the note that closes an enquiry with a reason so the same number is not rung for a year.

Result: Your team stops guessing who is still worth calling.

How the result is measured

  • Follow-up completion rate
  • Average number of follow-ups before close
  • Enquiries closed after repeat follow-up

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these auto repair shops.

  • Multi-brand service garages
  • Authorised brand service centres
  • Denting and painting specialists
  • Two-wheeler service centres
  • Fleet and commercial vehicle service providers
  • Insurance-claim repair specialists

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. 01 · First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for auto repair shops

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your Google Maps ranking, your reply time on calls and WhatsApp, your reviews, and how service reminders are currently handled, if at all.

  2. 2

Fix the profile and the reply

Google Business Profile completed with every service you offer, a fast reply routine, and a record of every enquiry.

  3. 3

    Build trust before the visit

Recent reviews, clear pricing information, and transparency on genuine versus after-market parts.

  4. 4

    Bring vehicles in

Local search, reviews from real customers, and service reminders timed to when a vehicle is actually due.

  5. 5

    Keep the customer

A reminder system for the next service, and a follow-up after a major repair to check everything is running well.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who actually makes these calls in a small garage?
The person at the counter, not a mechanic with his hands in an engine. It needs a fixed slot in the day and a printed list. We write the list and the wording so each call is short.
Will a callback about declined work feel pushy?
Not if it is timed to when the work is due. A call in July about pads flagged in March is useful to the driver. The same call a week after he said no is a nuisance.
How soon would we see more bookings?
Fixing reply time and the Google Business Profile is the quickest to show, because the searches are already happening. Building a stronger review base and repeat-customer reminders takes longer.
Do we need to advertise?
Most garages benefit first from the profile and a faster reply, which cost nothing in media. Advertising helps for a specific high-value service such as denting and painting where search volume is real.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
