Auto repair shops · WhatsApp marketing

Answer the video of the rattle the way a mechanic would.

WhatsApp is where a garage enquiry actually arrives: a photograph of a dent, a video of a noise, a price question at ten at night. It is also how extra work gets approved without an argument at the counter. GullySales sets up the business number, the quick replies and the consent record.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily, which gets read faster than email or SMS. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For auto repair shops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The enquiry arrives as a video with no words attached”

A driver records the rattle and sends it. Somebody has to ask back for the make, the year, the reading and where the sound is coming from.

  • “Send the photograph of the worn part with the price”

A picture of a cracked mounting and a figure gets a one-line approval. A phone call asking for another two thousand rupees gets silence, and the car holds the bay.

  • “If the number belongs to a mechanic, so does the customer list”

Enquiries landing on a personal phone walk out of the gate when he does. A business number stays with the workshop, and so does every conversation on it.

What we do

What we deliver for auto repair shops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business number for the workshop

One number on the Google Business Profile, the board outside and the job card, with the greeting, the away message and the labels set up.

Result: Enquiries stay with the garage when a mechanic moves on.

  2. Quick replies for the four questions

Saved messages asking for the make, the year, the odometer reading and where the noise comes from, so a video gets a useful reply in seconds.

Result: A vague message becomes an enquiry you can quote against.

  3. A catalogue of services with price bands

General service, AC gas, alignment and denting listed with the ranges you are willing to state in writing, so a price question answers itself.

Result: Fewer enquiries die on an unanswered price question.

  4. Approval messages with the part photographed

A format for sending the worn part, the price and what happens if it is left, ready for the mechanic to send from the floor.

Result: Extra work gets approved in one line.

  5. Service reminders sent only to the vehicles due

A message that goes to the cars due in the coming fortnight rather than to every number you hold, with the consent recorded on the job card.

Result: Your number stays unblocked and the reminders get read.

  6. An after-hours routine

An away message saying when you open, and a morning list of everything that came in overnight, worked before the first car goes on the ramp.

Result: A message sent at eleven at night is answered before nine.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. 01 · First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for auto repair shops

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your Google Maps ranking, your reply time on calls and WhatsApp, your reviews, and how service reminders are currently handled, if at all.

  2. 2

Fix the profile and the reply

Google Business Profile completed with every service you offer, a fast reply routine, and a record of every enquiry.

  3. 3

    Build trust before the visit

Recent reviews, clear pricing information, and transparency on genuine versus after-market parts.

  4. 4

    Bring vehicles in

Local search, reviews from real customers, and service reminders timed to when a vehicle is actually due.

  5. 5

    Keep the customer

A reminder system for the next service, and a follow-up after a major repair to check everything is running well.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send an offer to everyone in our contacts?
You can, and a fair share of them will block you. Send the service reminder to the vehicles that are actually due and keep offers to customers who asked for them. A blocked number cannot even take a booking.
Do we need the paid WhatsApp platform?
Most single garages do not. The free Business app covers the number, the catalogue, the labels and the away message. The paid platform is built for sending at volume, which is rarely what a workshop needs.
How soon would we see more bookings?
Fixing reply time and the Google Business Profile is the quickest to show, because the searches are already happening. Building a stronger review base and repeat-customer reminders takes longer.
Do we need to advertise?
Most garages benefit first from the profile and a faster reply, which cost nothing in media. Advertising helps for a specific high-value service such as denting and painting where search volume is real.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
