Automotive accessory dealers · Lead generation

Reach the new-car owner while the showroom package is still being weighed.

Lead generation for an accessory shop is the work of getting new-car owners, taxi operators and riders to send a model name and a wishlist before they settle elsewhere. GullySales works on the places those buyers look, the first reply they get and a record of where each enquiry came from.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For automotive accessory dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buying window opens at delivery”

A new vehicle owner decides on seat covers, mats, a camera and a music system in the first stretch after collecting the keys. A shop that is not visible in that stretch is not on the list, however good the fitting is.

  • “The showroom package sets the first price”

The buyer arrives holding the showroom's accessory quote. A shop that shows its own work by model and invites a comparison gives the buyer something to hold against that number. Your own fitted photographs and a clear itemised list let the buyer judge the difference for themselves.

  • “Enquiries arrive from four different people”

The family wants comfort, the enthusiast wants a look, the taxi owner wants durability and the rider wants guards and racks. One message to all four sends none of them forward. Each type asks a different question first, so each deserves an opening reply that speaks to that question.

  • “Lost enquiries are never counted”

A caller told to come and see goes quiet, and nobody writes the model down. Without a note of what was asked and why it stalled, the shop cannot tell which source or which reply is losing buyers.

What we do

What we deliver for automotive accessory dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Lead sources written down

Every route a buyer takes to you is listed: search, Business Profile, Instagram, showroom salesmen, car clubs, walk-ins and past customers.

Result: Each fitted job on your sheet carries a source against it.

  2. A model-first enquiry form

A short WhatsApp or web form that asks for model, year and wishlist, so the first message is already specific.

Result: Every new enquiry names a vehicle and at least one accessory.

  3. Audience lists by buyer type

Separate lists for new-car owners, enthusiasts, fleet owners and two-wheeler riders, each with its own opening message.

Result: You can see who has been messaged and with what.

  4. Referral partner list

Showroom salesmen, driving schools and club organisers recorded with the arrangement agreed and each buyer they send.

Result: A log shows which partner sent which buyer.

  5. Lost-enquiry log

A column for the reason a quote did not become a job: price, warranty worry, no reply, bought at the showroom.

Result: The reasons for lost jobs are on one page.

  6. Source-by-source summary

Enquiries, quotes and fitted jobs set against each source and against the figures noted at the start.

Result: You know which source filled the bay and which only filled the inbox.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need paid ads to get leads?
Not as the first step. Set up the Business Profile, model photographs and the quote reply first, then decide with the source sheet in hand whether paid reach adds anything for the models you fit.
Which buyer should we chase first?
Start with the buyer your bay already fits best. Job cards show whether that is new SUV owners, taxi fleets or riders, and the first campaign should speak to that group in its own words.
How do we count a lead?
Count a lead when someone names a vehicle and asks for a price. A like or a view is attention, not an enquiry, and mixing the two makes every report look better than the bay does.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
