Automotive accessory dealers · Local SEO

Be the shop on the map when a new-car owner searches near the showroom.

Local SEO for an accessory shop is winning the few map results shown to a buyer searching from near the showroom, the office or home. GullySales works on the Business Profile, the bay photographs and the review flow behind those results.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For automotive accessory dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The map is read before the website”

A buyer searching for accessories nearby sees a list of shops, ratings and distances before any page loads. If the profile has no bay photographs and no fitted cars, the buyer taps the shop that does.

  • “The wrong business type sends the wrong buyer”

A profile listed as a general auto parts store draws people asking for engine parts. Choosing the business type that matches what the bay does, and listing the services by name, keeps the calls to buyers who want fitting.

  • “Reviews describe the fitting, not the shop”

A buyer reads for words like neat, on time and no damage to the trim. A review that mentions the work done on a named model counts for more with the next reader than a bare star rating.

  • “Showroom proximity is an asset left unused”

Shops near a showroom meet new-car owners daily, yet the profile says nothing about it. Naming the nearby showrooms and the models fitted gives the map a reason to show you to those buyers. A line in the description costs nothing.

What we do

What we deliver for automotive accessory dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Profile set-up and business type check

Primary and extra business types chosen to match the work, with services, brands stocked and hours entered fully.

Result: The profile lists each service the bay really offers.

  2. Bay and finished-vehicle photographs

A plan for photographing the bay, the stock wall and each finished job, with owner permission and plates hidden.

Result: New photographs reach the profile after each job.

  3. Review request at handover

A request made when the owner collects the vehicle, with the link ready on a card or a phone.

Result: The newest reviews come from owners who just collected.

  4. Replies to every review

A written reply to each review, including complaints about fitment or timing, answered plainly in public.

Result: No review on the profile is left without a reply.

  5. Questions and answers on the profile

The usual questions on warranty, fitting on the spot and payment written out and answered on the listing.

Result: The listing answers the questions callers keep asking.

  6. Calls and direction requests tracked

The profile's own counts of calls, direction requests and website taps set against the figures noted at the start.

Result: You can see whether the listing sends anyone to the bay.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Our shop is in a lane off the main road. Does that matter?
It matters for the buyer finding the door, not only for ranking. Put a clear photograph of the entrance, a landmark in the description and a correct map pin so the buyer who sets off actually arrives.
Should we list every car brand we fit?
List the brands and models you really fit, by name. A long list of everything dilutes the profile and draws enquiries for work the bay does not do.
Can we ask the showroom to review us?
Ask your own customers. Reviews should come from owners who had work done, and the platform's current rules apply to who may post and how reviews are asked for.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
