Automotive accessory dealers · Social media

Show the finished car on the feed the buyer is already scrolling.

Social media for an accessory shop is the steady posting of fitted vehicles and short fitting videos where car buyers, enthusiasts and club members already look. GullySales works on what is filmed, how each post names the model, and how a viewer reaches your WhatsApp.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For automotive accessory dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers want their own model”

A viewer scrolling past a fitted hatchback does not stop for it if they own an SUV. The caption that names the model is the thing that stops the right person. Put the model in the first line, and the viewer who owns it knows the post is meant for them.

  • “A before-and-after beats a brochure shot”

The bare interior and the finished one, shown in the same frame and the same light, tell the buyer what the money buys. A clean photograph of a stock item tells them nothing about your fitting.

  • “Enthusiasts share, families save”

The modification crowd tags friends and sends clips to car clubs, while a family saves the post to decide later. The first needs a striking finish, the second needs the price range and a way to ask.

  • “Reels bring views and no messages”

A clip with music and no model name, no item list and no number collects views from people far away. Each clip needs the model, the items and a line telling the viewer how to ask for a quote.

What we do

What we deliver for automotive accessory dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Content plan by model and accessory

A list of the models and items to film, drawn from the jobs coming into the bay.

Result: The next set of posts is chosen from real bookings.

  2. Short fitting videos

Phone-shot clips of a fitting from start to finish, with the model, the items and the shop's location in the caption.

Result: Each clip tells a viewer what was fitted and where.

  3. Owner permission note

A one-line consent taken at handover for photographing and posting the vehicle, with the plate hidden.

Result: A record shows who agreed to what.

  4. Comment and message routine

A set of saved replies for the usual questions, and a rule for moving a conversation to WhatsApp.

Result: Comments asking for a price get an answer that moves them to a quote.

  5. Club and creator list

Local car clubs and owners' groups noted, with a plan for showing up in the places they gather.

Result: You hold a list of clubs and the contact made with each.

  6. Post-to-enquiry tracking

A note against each enquiry saying which post or clip it came from, drawn from the buyer's first message.

Result: You can name the posts that brought a buyer.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should a small shop start with?
Start where your buyers already are. Instagram suits finished-vehicle photographs and short clips, and a Facebook page helps with older buyers and local groups. Check which one your last few enquiries mentioned.
Do we need a hired creator?
Not at the start. A phone, good light in the bay and a steady hand are enough to film finished jobs. Add help once you know which clips bring messages.
What if an owner asks us to remove a post?
Remove it at once and note the request. Taking permission at handover and hiding plates keeps this rare, and a prompt removal protects the shop's name.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
