Battery dealers · Digital marketing

Put your marketing where battery buyers look, and nowhere else.

Digital marketing for a battery dealer is the choice and joining-up of the listing, the website, WhatsApp, social pages and any paid advertising so that each brings a buyer to the counter. GullySales works on the order of the work, starting with what already sends enquiries.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Battery dealers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Battery stock by brand, model and serial. Hold stock by brand, model, capacity and type, with the serial and manufacture date code recorded when it arrives, so the counter can sell the oldest unit first.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For battery dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The channels are not equal for a battery shop”

A map listing and a phone line catch the breakdown buyer. Paid social does little for a distress purchase. Spending equally on all channels wastes the budget on the ones that cannot sell.

  • “Seasons change which channel matters”

Starting trouble in the cold and wet months, and inverter enquiries before outages, move demand. A plan that follows the season puts effort where the question is being asked.

  • “Paid clicks need a counter that answers”

Advertising that sends a buyer to a shop that misses calls pays for the miss. The reply routine and the register come before the advertising budget.

  • “Results are hidden unless sources are recorded”

A shop that does not note where a call came from cannot tell what worked. A simple source column in the call log is the base for every later decision.

What we do

What we deliver for battery dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Starting audit

A review of the listing, site, social pages, call handling and bill book to see what exists and what sends enquiries.

Result: A list of what works, what is missing and what is wasted.

  2. Channel plan by buyer

A chosen set of channels for the driver, garage, fleet and household, with the reason for each.

Result: Each buyer has a route to the shop.

  3. Seasonal calendar

A calendar of the cold, wet and outage seasons with the post, offer and message due for each.

Result: The shop is ready before the season starts.

  4. Small paid test

A limited advertisement for a chosen model or area, set up only after the reply routine works.

Result: You can see what a paid enquiry costs against the others.

  5. Source tracking

A call log and form field that note the source of every enquiry.

Result: Open the log and read sales by source.

  6. Review of results

A sit-down with the figures, the starting baseline and the decisions on what to keep, change or drop.

Result: The next stage of work is chosen from numbers, not hunches.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should a battery shop do first online?
Fix the map listing, the phone answer and the price reply. They catch the buyer who is already searching. Add pages, posts and advertising after those work.
How much should we spend on advertising?
Spend what the shop can afford to lose while learning, on one model or area at a time, and measure the calls. Increase it only if the enquiries turn into fitted batteries.
Can digital marketing replace garage relationships?
No. Mechanics recommend brands in person, and a visit and a price card count for more than a post. Digital work supports that relationship with a clear catalogue and an easy way to reach you.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
