Denting and painting shops · Lead generation

Fill the bays with cars from the sources that actually send them.

Lead generation for a denting and painting shop is the work of getting damaged cars to arrive from every route that sends them: insurer lists, surveyors, tow operators, fleets and owners searching after a scrape. GullySales works on mapping those routes, making the shop visible on each and recording which one every car came from.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For denting and painting shops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A damaged car arrives by five different doors”

One car comes from the insurer's app, the next from a surveyor's suggestion, a third from a tow operator, a fourth from a Maps search. Without a note of the source on each job file, the shop spends effort on the wrong door and never learns which one fills the bays.

  • “The decision is made at the roadside”

A collision happens in minutes and the garage is picked in the same hour, from a phone beside the damaged bumper. Leads go to the shop whose number is on Maps, answered, and whose address is easy to reach by tow.

  • “Small repairs are postponed until a prompt arrives”

A scraped door or parking dent is not an emergency, so the owner puts it off for months. Those private jobs reach the shop only when a photo form, a price-on-inspection page or a reminder makes the first step easy.

  • “Fleet work comes in bursts, not on a calendar”

A cab operator sends cars when several are damaged at once and goes quiet otherwise. A shop with no introduction on file is not on the list when the burst arrives, so the introduction has to be made before the need.

What we do

What we deliver for denting and painting shops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A job-source ledger

Every job file carries a source field: insurer list, surveyor, tow, search, fleet, walk-in, repeat.

Result: Counting the ledger shows which routes fill the bays.

  2. A photo-estimate enquiry form

A form that takes photos of the damage, the car model and the area, and reaches the front desk.

Result: An owner can ask for a rough view without leaving home.

  3. An introduction round for referrers

A short list of surveyors, agents and tow operators, with an introduction to each and a note of who answered.

Result: You know which referrers have met the shop and which have not.

  4. A fleet target list

Cab operators and company transport desks in the area, with the right contact named for each.

Result: A list the owner can work through, with the outcome beside each name.

  5. A private-job prompt

A reminder message and page for the postponed scratch, dent and touch-up jobs.

Result: Small repairs have a visible route into the shop.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we buy leads from a lead portal?
Test it against the job-source ledger before spending more. If cars from the portal arrive, are approved and are paid for, it earns a place. If they only generate calls, the ledger will show that.
Can you bring in insurance-claim cars?
Claim cars come through insurer panels and surveyors, which are their own processes. We make the shop visible to the people who direct the work, but empanelment and assignments stay with the insurer.
What counts as a lead for a bodyshop?
A damaged car with an owner who has asked for an estimate or a slot. A call that ends at a price enquiry is a contact, and the ledger keeps the two apart.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
