Denting and painting shops · Local SEO

Be the bodyshop on the map when a bumper cracks nearby.

Local SEO for a denting and painting shop is the work of appearing on Maps and in nearby searches for the few kilometres a damaged car can be driven or towed. GullySales works on the listing, the photographs, the reviews and the service area behind that result.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For denting and painting shops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A damaged car is searched from the roadside”

The owner types accident repair near me beside the car while waiting for a tow. The garage that shows with a correct pin, a phone that is answered and the right hours gets the call before the owner scrolls on.

  • “The pin has to lead a tow truck to the bay”

Bodyshops sit in industrial lanes and back roads. A pin a few streets off sends the tow operator to the wrong gate. A correct location, an entrance photograph and a landmark in the description save the first conversation.

  • “Reviews are read for finish and for honesty”

The searcher reads the reviews for paint match, for surprises in the bill and for who answered the phone. A few specific recent reviews outweigh a high rating with no detail, and a calm reply to a complaint is read too.

  • “Insurer names on the listing must be true”

Owners search for cashless repair by insurer name. Listing an insurer the shop is not empanelled with brings the wrong enquiries and a quarrel at the counter. Only the true list belongs on the profile.

What we do

What we deliver for denting and painting shops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A verified, complete Maps profile

Name, address, hours, phone, categories and services entered and checked.

Result: The listing is complete and matches the signboard.

  2. A pin and entrance set

Location corrected, with photographs of the gate, the bay and the paint booth.

Result: A tow operator can find the shop from the listing.

  3. A review ask at delivery

A short request handed over with the keys, through a link on a card or a message.

Result: Recent reviews come from owners who collected a car.

  4. Replies to reviews

Written replies to each review, plain on paint match and on estimate changes.

Result: A reader sees complaints answered in public.

  5. A service area on real roads

The localities the shop collects from and delivers to, set on the profile.

Result: The profile matches the area the shop serves.

How the result is measured

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We have two bays in different areas. Do we need two profiles?
If customers visit both, each location needs its own verified profile with its own address and photographs. Check the platform's current rules on shared names and addresses.
Can the listing say cashless claims accepted?
Only for the insurers that have empanelled the shop, named correctly. We check the list before it goes on the profile.
Will the map profile bring fleet work?
It reaches people searching, mostly owners. Fleet and company work comes from direct introduction, which the lead work covers.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
