Denting and painting shops · Website

Build a site that answers an owner before the first call is made.

A website for a denting and painting shop is the page set that shows an owner the repairs, the paint booth, the finished panels and a way to ask for an estimate. GullySales works on the structure, the photographs and the enquiry form so that a visitor can reach the front desk in one step.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For denting and painting shops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor has a damaged car and little patience”

An owner arriving at the site wants a phone number, an address and a sign that the shop does this repair. A site that opens with a slideshow and hides the number sends them back to the search results.

  • “Photographs carry more than copy”

The visitor judges paint by eye. Finished panels in daylight, the booth and the team at work convince better than a list of services. Stock images of cars suggest a shop with nothing of its own to show.

  • “Insurance visitors need the process spelled out”

An insured owner wants to know how the cashless route works at this shop. A page that names the insurers the shop is empanelled with, and states what the shop handles, saves the first phone call.

  • “The form should accept a photograph”

A form with name and message gets a vague enquiry. A form that takes photos, the car model and the area gives the front desk what it needs to reply, and lets the owner begin without travelling.

What we do

What we deliver for denting and painting shops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure by repair

Home, repair-type pages, claim steps, gallery, about and contact.

Result: Every common search has a page that matches it.

  2. Call and directions at the top

Phone, WhatsApp and map links in the header and on every page.

Result: A visitor reaches the shop in one tap.

  3. A finish gallery

Real panels in daylight, captioned by repair and car, with owner consent.

Result: The site shows the quality it describes.

  4. A photo-estimate form

Fields for photographs, car model, locality and insurer, sent to the front desk and the CRM.

Result: Enquiries arrive with the detail needed to reply.

  5. A phone-first layout

Pages built for a small screen, with text readable outdoors.

Result: The site works for a person standing beside the car.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can the old one be fixed?
Look at it first. If the structure, photographs and form can be repaired, we repair them. If not, we say so and plan a rebuild.
Should the site list prices?
State what drives the price and offer an estimate from photographs. A fixed price for a repair that depends on hidden damage invites disputes.
Who updates the site?
The shop should be able to add finished-work photographs and change hours without a developer. We set that up and show the front desk how.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
