Denting and painting shops · WhatsApp marketing

Take the damage photo, the estimate and the status all on one chat.

WhatsApp marketing for a denting and painting shop is the use of WhatsApp Business for enquiries, photo estimates, status messages and fleet communication. GullySales works on setting up the number, the replies and the rules for who writes to whom.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For denting and painting shops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first thing an owner sends is a photograph”

Owners photograph the damage and send it to a garage before they call. A shop that replies on WhatsApp with a rough view and a request for more angles gets the car, while one that insists on a call loses the impatient.

  • “Status updates belong on the chat the owner already uses”

Calls to ask whether the car is ready cost the front desk time. A message at each stage, with a photograph of the panel, answers the question before it is asked and builds the owner's confidence.

  • “A personal number mixes work with life”

When staff use their own phones, enquiries vanish when the person leaves. A business number with a catalogue, hours and a shared inbox keeps the conversation with the shop, not with an individual.

  • “Fleet contacts want a clean thread”

A transport head prefers one thread per vehicle with the estimate, the date and the invoice. Separate broadcasts of offers would clutter it, so fleet messages stay transactional.

What we do

What we deliver for denting and painting shops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business set-up

Profile, catalogue of repair types, hours, away message and quick replies.

Result: The shop's number looks like a business and replies when closed.

  2. A photo-estimate reply guide

What to ask for: angles, plate area, car model, insurer, and what to say about price on inspection.

Result: The first reply is consistent across staff.

  3. Status message templates

Short messages for received, approved, in paint, ready, with space for a panel photograph.

Result: The front desk sends the same clear update every time.

  4. Fleet thread rules

One thread per vehicle, invoice and date in the same place, no offers in it.

Result: Operators find everything for a car in one chat.

  5. Consent and opt-out handling

Message only people who have given their number for the job, and record opt-outs.

Result: The shop keeps to the platform's current rules.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers to old customers?
Only to those who agreed to hear from the shop, and within the platform's current rules on business messaging. We set up a consent line so the list is clean.
Should staff use their own numbers?
No. A shared business number keeps enquiries when staff change and lets a second person pick up a conversation.
Can WhatsApp replace the estimate document?
It carries the photographs and the summary, but the written estimate with approvals still belongs in the job file. WhatsApp is the route, the record is the CRM.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
