Tyre dealers · Website

Build a site where the size, the fitted price and the phone number sit on one screen.

A website for a tyre dealer is the page set a buyer reaches from search or the listing to check stock, price and services. GullySales designs the pages around the size, the brand and the call, and builds them so they load on a driver's phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Tyre dealers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Stock by size, brand and pattern. Count each size, brand, pattern and load rating with its rack location and reorder level, so the counter answers from the screen rather than a walk to the rack.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For tyre dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a phone, outdoors”

A buyer reads the page at a roadside or in a showroom queue. Large text, a visible call button and a price table that fits the screen matter more than a banner or a slide show.

  • “Price hidden is a buyer lost”

A site that says call for price sends the buyer to a site that prints it. The fitted price, with a date, makes the shop look honest and saves the counter from answering the same query repeatedly.

  • “Size search is the main tool”

A buyer who knows the size wants to type it and see the result. A simple size filter, or a list grouped by size, is more useful than a gallery of brand logos.

  • “A fleet page speaks to a different buyer”

A fleet manager looks for a rate sheet, an account process and a depot visit option. A separate page for fleets, with a form and a named contact, stops that buyer wading through retail prices.

What we do

What we deliver for tyre dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Home page with the call and the price

A page that shows the area served, the sizes stocked, a call button and a link to the price table.

Result: A visitor knows in one screen whether the shop stocks the size.

  2. Size and brand pages

Pages by size and by brand, with fitted charges and stock notes, linked to a booking form.

Result: A buyer finds their size and books from the same page.

  3. Service pages

Alignment, balancing, puncture repair and fitting each have a page with what is included.

Result: Each service can be found on its own.

  4. Fleet enquiry page

A page for transporters and bus operators with a rate request form and the depot visit option.

Result: Fleet enquiries come in with vehicle counts attached.

  5. Mobile-first build

A light page design tested on common phones and slow connections, with the call and WhatsApp buttons fixed in view.

Result: The page works for a driver on a weak signal.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a booking system on the site?
A simple form that sends a message to the counter is enough to begin with. Add a calendar when the counter can honour the slots, since a booking that is not kept loses the buyer.
Can we sell tyres online?
You can, if you can deliver and fit them. Buyers want fitting, so the order should capture the vehicle and a fitting slot. Start with price and booking, and add online payment when the shop can fulfil it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
