Tyre service centres · Social media

Show the fitting bay and the worn tyre so a driver trusts the advice before the visit.

Social media marketing for a tyre service centre is showing the work that happens in the bay, such as a worn tyre, a balanced wheel and an alignment printout, to drivers nearby. GullySales plans and posts that work and watches which posts bring messages to the shop.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Tyre dealers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Stock by size, brand and pattern. Count each size, brand, pattern and load rating with its rack location and reorder level, so the counter answers from the screen rather than a walk to the rack.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For tyre service centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A driver trusts a photograph of a worn tyre more than an offer”

A close-up of uneven wear, with a line on what caused it, teaches the viewer something. A poster of a discount teaches nothing, and the viewer scrolls past it.

  • “The followers who matter live within a short drive”

A tyre fitting is not worth a long journey. Posts and any paid promotion should be aimed at the roads and neighbourhoods around the shop, not at the whole city.

  • “Customers appear in photographs only with their consent”

A car in the bay is a good photograph. The number plate and the owner are not. Ask before a post that shows a customer, and cover plates in every image.

  • “A post with no way to reply wastes its reach”

A video of an alignment job that ends without a WhatsApp link or a phone number sends the viewer away. Each post needs one clear next step, such as a message with the tyre size.

What we do

What we deliver for tyre service centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A post plan built from the work in the bay

A list of subjects drawn from real jobs: worn tread, a nail in a tubeless tyre, a bent rim, an alignment printout.

Result: Each post has a real job behind it and a photograph taken in your bay.

  2. Short videos of fitting, balancing and alignment

Simple clips filmed on a phone by the fitter, explaining what is being done and why.

Result: A viewer can see the machine at work before they visit.

  3. A pinned message that asks for the tyre size

A message route that opens on WhatsApp with a request for the car and the tyre size.

Result: Messages from posts arrive with the details needed for a quote.

  4. Consent and number-plate rules for photographs

A short counter note on asking permission and covering plates before a post goes up.

Result: Every customer car in a post has been agreed with the owner.

  5. A report on posts that brought messages

Posts, messages received and sets sold from them, set against figures taken before the work began.

Result: You can see which kind of post brought a message, and drop the rest.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform suits a tyre shop?
Start where your customers already talk to you. Tyre enquiries move to WhatsApp, so a profile on Instagram or Facebook that points there is a sensible start. Check the platform's current rules on business promotions.
Do we need to post discount offers?
A fitting package that is clearly explained works better than a bare discount. Offers can run, but a post that teaches the driver something earns more trust.
Who should film the videos?
The fitter who does the job, on a phone, with permission from the owner. A plain explanation from the bay is more believable than a produced advertisement.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
